Nueva España was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The house had everything we needed, including toiletries, towels, and working appliances. The rooftop terrace with gas and charcoal grills was a nice touch. The beach was only a few houses down—clean, quiet, and great for swimming. During the day the tide was low and calm, while evenings brought a gentle rise in the water. The streets in the community are unpaved and rocky. Only one car is allowed to park directly in front of the home, so we had to park our second vehicle a short distance away. Neighbors seemed a bit reserved, likely due to the private feel of the area. It is understandable and did not affect our stay, but it’s something to be aware of. We also encountered two large, off-leash dogs near the entrance. They were not aggressive but did not appear very approachable. Overall, we had a great time and would return.

Excelente estancia! El lugar es igual que las fotos, facil de encontrar. Daniela estuvo al pendiente en todo momento. Vistas preciosas y muchos spots para tomarse fotos, la cama esta comodisima, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un excelente fin de semana, sin duda volvere a ir!

Hard to describe this property other than exquisite! Gorgeous home on an almost completely private beach. Picture perfect views and completely peaceful. Go out the house in the beach and turn right for a 20 min stroll to a seal colony. Fab day at the zip line, ATV, horse park about 20 mins away. Overall, great experience

I’ve been coming to stay in this area for the past few years but Scott as a host has raised the bar. The house was amazing and beautiful and although the weather was not the best for beach stay the house made up for it. Scott was responsive to any questions I had in a very timely manner. Great stay great host recommend it and can’t wait until I come back!

Harry's home was fantastic, great location, right on the beach and a short drive to Rosarita, Ensenada or the Valle. The place is spacious, clean and well appointed. Excellent communication from the host. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Ricardo’s place looked like the pictures right away. That view will hit you with a beautiful feeling. The unit was perfect, as my husband and I are vegans. We were able to cook and bring our own food. The gated community made me feel safe. The bed was really comfortable; I have back issues, so having a firm bed was better for me. The bathroom was nice. It had lots of space to set your things down. The nook was the most wonderful place to have my cup of coffee in the morning! You have access to most streaming apps on the TV by just signing into your account. We arrived during winter, and the weather was still great. It was a little colder in the unit, but Ricardo had tons of blankets to keep us warm! The views at night are stunning. A few things to be aware of: the driveway to the unit is extremely steep, but we were able to park with a 2 x 4. The neighbor’s dog barks extremely loudly at you, but it will calm down once it sees you a few times. Other than that, everything was great!

Casa Peninsula- Beach House

Very peaceful and safe area. The house is even larger than the photos. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the house for added privacy if needed. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The view cannot be beat with views of the ocean, surfers, and cruise ships, not to mention the sunsets! The power went out during a storm for about 8 hours, but the host provided flashlights so we didn’t have to sit in the dark. Very safe area in gated community and very helpful security. We loved our stay!

Just want to start out by saying a peaceful place,lots of privacy we had everything we needed pots pan plates ext. washer and dryer worked perfect. Also every bedroom has its own bathroom. 5 mins from the beach,pet friendly also my Frenchie had a blast. Will definitely go back,our family of 8

Sandra was very welcoming, check-in was a breeze, and the place was just as described. very conveniently close to EVERYTHING!! the beach is just around the block. Its hard to walk back and forth because it is a long stretch of sand and my brother uses a cane. The fact that it is not overly packed even during mid summer makes it worth the walk! Best tacos in town are Tacos Puebla.... we went there every day because even the price was great! Recommended!

Friendly host and very responsive. Peter’s place has an amazing ocean view. You have some restaurants that are walking distance. Near by, you have local breweries as well. Overall great location. We will be back soon.

una casa super bonita, de 3 pisos, con una terraza muy bien montada, ideal para viaje con amigos y familia. son 3 habitaciones, la principal tiene un baño privado, otro más para las otras habitaciones y un medo baño abajo. Ideal para convivir dentro de la casa y poder preparar comida, tomar algo en la terraza, vale la pena aprovechar la propiedad. El clima estuvo muy frío esos días así que tener el clima en las habitaciones nos ayudo bastante. la zona es residencial, no está tan cerca de la zona turística pero tienes Costco, tiendas y comida cerca.

Recomendisima, muy limpia y amplia, muy bonito, tiene mucho entretenimiento, solamente el wifi se batalla un poquito pero es por lo amplio de la casa, no alcanza la señal. Pero estuvimos muy comodos en nuestra estancia.

We loved our stay at Daniel’s house. He was a great and responsive host, always quick to answer any questions or requests. The house is located in a beautiful gated community. We loved the location and felt safe. Bedrooms were great, comfy beds and house had lots of areas to hang out. Great stocked kitchen and the out door bar and rooftop deck was great bonus touch. We can’t wait to stay here again.

The condo is exactly as described being comfortable and quiet, with all the amenities listed in the description. It was perfect for my needs, being on the water most of the time, and doing the usual tourist things with great dining and nightlife very close by. I found this condo to be very peaceful and cozy the end of a very long day, which was exactly what I needed to rest and re-charge for the next day. The host was great at communicating and being very accomodating overall, making sure I had everything needed. She also had spot on suggestions with some eateries and attractions at the end of my stay and on the way out of the area. I'll definitely book my next stay here when I'm back in Ensenada. 🤠👍

Isabel has a beautiful home that I would definitely stay again at for a future trip to Ensenada! The place is immaculate, cozy - had a few Christmas decorations which were lovely. Everything is labeled to help you figure what’s where in the kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of little details to help with your stay like a small footstool by the washer/dryer if you need it, like I did! It’s very spacious and super comfortable. There is a guard in the neighborhood so we always felt safe and the beach is close by too. Highly, highly recommended! Also we traveled with our 15 month baby abs no issues there for anyone traveling with little ones.

We loved our stay. It was a super last minute stay and the hosts were very accommodating. The place was comfortable and homey. The ocean view and private exit to the beach was wonderful. The hosts were kind and responsive. We will most definitely want to stay again.
