Had a fabulous 3 nights at Martine’s home in Las Gaviotas. Well kept, clean, comfortable space with a well stocked kitchen for visitors who want to cook a few meals. Appreciated clear communication! We booked our own massage therapists to come over to the home and Martine allowed us to do so, it was so awesome. I would definitely stay in this home again; without a doubt. Thanks for a great stay.

John and Noelle's condo was great! They had great views, and on the water with all the amenities you can ask for. They had security in a gated community, which was a necessity for us. Plus, they had a garage that you could use and park your car, which was quite nice for us. The home was spotless, and everything was obviously brand new. In addition, they are 5 minutes north of Puerto Nuevo for your lobster! I highly recommend them for future guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was so convenient as we were so close to the beach and popular restaurants. We did a day trip to el Valle which was only 45 minutes away. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub and there were plenty of places for all our guests to sleep. We called Rafael a few times and he was always ready and eager to help us. We really felt like he took care of us like family. Our number one priority was safety and we felt very safe in the gated community.

Maryanne's place is a relaxing, quiet oceanview casita very tastefully decorated in a charming Mexican style. Maryanne is also a very responsive and accommodating host and the neighborhood is quiet and secure with 24/7 security. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here again!

el lugar estaba lindo y las camas muy cómodas. Nos tocaron días fríos y las cobijas estaban más que perfectas y tienen dos calentadores de aire que sin duda salvaron las noches... lo único con lo que batallamos fue con la regadera pues era muy voluble al salir fría o caliente

We stayed at Joe's beachfront property in Mexico right after Christmas, and it was absolutely fantastic! The house was impeccably clean, modern, and had an incredible view of the beach. Joe was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend his property and would love to stay again in the future!

Estuvimos muy cómodos, todo fue muy bueno desde que llegamos, la casa super limpia, todas las cosas en buen estado, llevamos a nuestra mascota y pudo estar sin ningún problema, es una casa muy cómoda para pasar el tiempo con familia o amigos y cumple con todo lo anunciado. The gated community was amazing. The security was amazing, they were friendly and on top of their jobs. The community was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. The house was exactly as Mark/Zach have on their profile. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and well maintained. The view off the patio was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

5 Bedroom Beach House In Gated Community

We had a great time at the beach house, Really enjoyed the sunsets, felt safe and secure because it’s a gated community. If you have a car it’s super convenient lots of different restaurants 5 min drive away in going north our south. Ray recommended Encanto Restaurant it was so beautiful food was delicious, be ready to take lots of pictures so many spots for great pictures there.

BAJA COZY BEACH FRONT HOME, SMALL PARADISE.

we had a great stay at this home. All 11 of us fit and had comfortable beds, we loved the balcony overlooking the ocean and the patio. Beach access was great with stairs right onto the beach. google maps is wrong, you have to drive all the way to the end of the road, parking was good, lots of room and it's gated. lots of dogs in the compound, but they were all nice.
