Agradable Casa a 500 metros de la playa.

Vivienda reformado, situada en una calle peatonal a 500 metros de la playa, en una zona muy tranquila y muy céntrica con todos los servicios a muy pocos pasos.Dispone de 3 habitaciones, 2 con cama doble de las cuáles 1 con su propio Baño y 1 con cama individual, 1 habitación para planchado. Un porche y una gran terraza. Aire acondicionado en Salón. La vivienda dispone de una terraza grande, un patio trasero y un Porche en la parte delantera de la casa que hacen las noches de verano inolvidables.

Mycket stilrent och renoverat townhouse med härlig sjöutsikt. Huset har ett perfekt beläget bara 5 minuter från en av de bästa stränderna i Spanien. Huset har 3 våningar med 3 sovrum med AC, 3 toaletter, 2 uteplatser samt 2 balkonger. Huset är beläget i en privat gated community med omfattande grönområden, 4 magnifika pooler, tennisbanor och fina trädgårdar. Alicante ligger bara 15 minuters bilresa bort och 10 minuter från flygplatsen. 2 minuters promenad till trevliga restauranger.
