The Admiral’s Quarters is a private garden apartment with stunning river & sea views, only a short, two-minute walk from the heart of Dartmouth. The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with French doors opening to your own outdoor area. The first floor features the bathroom, an open plan stylish living area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a built-in cabin-style full-size single bed for little sailors or adults. Parking permit supplied for the main town car park in Mayors Avenue.

Wren Cottage, Brixham

Wren Cottage is a charming, cosy 2 bedroom cottage. Set down a private track with free parking it is far enough away to be quiet but also only a 7 minute walk (0.3miles) into town. Wren Cottage is suitable for sunny days exploring the area and with its superb log burner cosy nights in. There is a local pub only a few minutes walk which also serves food. Please note the parking space/gravel track will need to be reversed out off but there is normally parking on the hill behind the cottage.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

"The Cottage" - A full renovation took place July 2021. Further renovation of upstairs took place November 2023. Grade 2 listed Converted Cottage, now a cute & cosy 1 bedroom, 1 bath maisonette tucked away down a quiet cobbled street in the heart of Brixham. Just a minutes walk to the Harbourside. Situated in gorgeous Brixham. Brixham has a beautiful marina, beaches and scenic walks. A great coastal seaside town with several independent restaurants, bars and shops.

The bedroom benefits from an en-suite and the third bed is a fold down in the lounge. Built on steps that take you into the harbor. The garden retreat has a private, sunny and secluded walled garden complete with outdoor fixtures and a new barbecue.With sea view glimpses and off-street private parking.
