We stayed here for a family get together, there was 16 of us, but it felt like there was plenty of space and lots to do in the house. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfy and the hot tub was lovely after a day of walking. Highly recommend!

Perfect spacious cottage with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Everything as described. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very close to York or nearby towns. One tiny fault: when in the garden or opening the windows, be prepared to be exposed to some noise from passing cars and countryside smells:) But the sunset was worth it!

We visited with our dog and stayed in the Smardale Cabin. It was the perfect place for us with everything we could have needed and close local walks, also easy to travel around the area. We found a lot of recommendations through the information Stuart provided and leaflets in the cabin. It was very peaceful and relaxing with the hot tub which can be used at any point as it is constantly heated. We also enjoyed toasting marshmallows using the fire pit (everything you need for it is available to buy in the little shop if you don’t bring your own). We would highly recommend this stay and hope we can return soon!

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.

My wife and myself had an amazing stay at Rachel’s cabin,the views are fantastic and it’s so peaceful.the cabin itself was excellently presented and had everything you needed,we look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting beautiful North Yorkshire. Had a lovely stay in Ripon. The house was just as described, very clean and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the market square, and also for walks along the river. We had no problems parking - only once having to park around the corner rather than outside the property. Would recommend.
