LAKE MARTIN WATERFRONT HOME Waterfront on Alabama's best lake. 4 BRs: 1 down, 3 up including one with a lakeview. 1 bath upstairs with vintage tub, 1 bath downstairs with walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen, electric cooktop & oven, large fridge. Large fireplace in the family room (firewood provided). Huge wrap-around porch, porch swing, decks facing the lake. Pier for sunning and boating. Beach area for swimming. Great view of the lake and sunset from almost everywhere in the house.

*Jacuzzi* Cottage at Lake Martin Kowaliga Bay

Cozy cottage with public boat dock & ramps nearby (boat & kayak rentals as well). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Peaceful Pines is an adorable cottage with a spacious lakeside yard and dock in which to tie off your boat or pwc. Boat launches closeby. Located in Kowaliga Bay Estates neighborhood and is conveniently located between Kowaliga Marina and Anchor Bay marina. 35-40 minutes to Auburn. Perfect place for enjoying the lake, game day or for fishing enthusiasts. Home is equipped with a well stocked kitchen, and propane grill on the patio. Make s’mores or relax by the newly built lakeside firepit area.

Unique 30 ft. high tree house. Amenities include private composting toilet, use of inside shower, fresh towels, K-cup coffee maker, mini fridge, fire pit, grill and pool use (in season). Property is located on 17 acre farm halfway between Montgomery and Auburn. Perfect for football season. Note: Due to safety concerns, children under 5 are not allowed to stay in treehouse. Relax with the whole family at this affordable peaceful lake getaway! Our home is a 7 minute walk to the community boat docks. There are 3 with “KBE Private Property” signs & a small beach area. We are 45min from Auburn University & about a 10 min boat or car ride to the Social & Chuck’s Pizza which have delicious food and live music. ***guests must click “1 pet” On the reservation if bringing any. Water access only. We are Not on waterfront or have a view of it directly

You’re going to love this place! This lake home has a large living room and kitchen/ dining area that opens directly to the back yard, covered gazebo and the private dock. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic small appliances and includes plenty of storage and pantry space. Upstairs is a huge game room with a ping pong table, billiards & tons of board games & puzzles! The main home has 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths and the detached garage has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.
