We had a wonderful stay at Carolina Casita! With 3 floors we had plenty of space for everyone to have privacy, yet the main living area also has plenty of space for everyone to gather with a large comfy sectional and dining table for 6. The space is beautiful, well appointed and was sparkling clean. The house is only a few blocks to the beach, a less than 5 minute walk, and close enough to restaurants and shopping yet in a quieter area. It was very convenient to have access to the garage to store our beach gear and bikes. We also enjoyed the ping pong table. The only down side is that you have to bring all your own beach gear and towels, none are provided. And also there are a lot of stairs, we did use the elevator for groceries etc. The check in was easy and communication with the rental service was prompt and friendly. They also offered early/late check in at an extra charge that came in handy. We highly recommend this rental and would love to come back next year!

My family and I came for Spring Break, 2025 and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was more than we expected! There was enough room for 5 adults, 5 teenagers, and 2 kids under 10 years old. We really enjoyed the home, area, and being so close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this home.

We had a great stay at The Sand-Bar for spring break! It’s an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, and a nearby lake with a path and playground. The house was clean, comfy, and well-stocked…from the kitchen to the cozy beds. The porches were perfect for relaxing, and the garage games kept both kids and adults entertained. TVs in the bedrooms and an upstairs washer/dryer were nice extras. They do allow pets, so keep that in mind for allergies. Thanks, Going Coastal, we’d definitely come back!

This house was perfect for 2 family’s. We love the neighborhood as well have stayed here before. House was great and plenty of sleeping areas for the kids.

Our stay in Topsail was amazing. Donna is an amazing host. The location of her house is incredibly convenient and use of the golf cart made getting around town fun. We’ll miss her dog Dilly. I would recommend this place for anyone, especially families!

Sandra’s place was amazing. My family and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday there this weekend. Even with a little bit of bad weather, we enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the music outside. Sandra’s place is excellently stocked. She equips you with everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing time.

This is the middle building in a group of three matching buildings. First floor is at Dune level and you can see the ocean, second floor you are above the dunes and can see the full beach. So the first level gives you a feeling of privacy. Shared private walkway to beach with the other two buildings. This is a beautiful home and has great views of the beach . well equipped. Would love too stay there again.

My husband and I took a weekend getaway to this house and had an amazing time. The host made the trip even better with how responsive they were and very helpful and kind to us. The views were breaktaking and the house is perfectly located in between Carolina and Kure Beach so going to various places was an ease. We will recommend this home to many friends. Very responsive. When we had problems with the keurig they responded and brought a new one quickly. Beds were super comfortable. Golf carts were very nice. Great place to stay. Floors needed a little more attention on sweeping from previous tenant is my only complaint.

We loved this villa! It was impeccably clean, you cannot beat the views. It’s a short easy walk to South Beach to see the sunset every night.

We loved our stay and the house is wonderful! Its closeness to the beach is ideal. Bald Head Island is pricey but considering that this is very good value .

The home was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. Very beautiful space. The ease of accesses the pool and beach was great. On top of it, Michael was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great place and even better location. This airbnb truly had it all, the host really had every detail thought out. We loved our time on N. Topsail Island!

We had a wonderful time here ! Megann was always very quick to respond and helped with anything along the way. This condo is a peaceful resort away from the hustle and bustle of other beaches. Restaurant and workers were very helpful as well. Thank you for accommodating us 🫶🏼

I decided last minute that I needed a getaway with some relaxation and an stress-free time. John’s place popped up to the top of the results list. I had never booked anything where you shared space but I decided to give it a try because of the good reviews and the fact that my husband’s name was John. I just felt like it was ok and safe. I’m glad I decided to try it. Both John’s and Diana were super sweet and so helpful.The house is beautiful.The rooms have top of the line bedding and beautiful decor. The kitchen was stocked with some food and John cooked several times for people. I’ve never had that at a place before so that was so helpful on saving some money with eating out. Plus they had garden tomatoes so I enjoyed like 10 tomato sandwiches.The animal tour was so cool. It was amazing to me to see how many animals , especially birds. It was really impressive; feeding the lemurs lollipops & holding the baby wallaby, Casper, was really cool.i highly recommend!! I will be back. Thanks

Great spot for our bachelorette weekend. House was very bright and area was quiet. Close to downtown and the beach! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed to make meals at the house.

John and his co-hosts were amazing! Immediately upon arrival we were welcomed as family. They really went above and beyond in every aspect. The place was cleaned to perfection and there was so much to do! We were able to schedule an animal tour the same day, grill outside using their supplies and really relax as much as possible. Our room featured a private balcony and bathroom, but really the entire property should be highlighted. The hosts recommended beaches and restaurants for us to enjoy, and as we were checking out, John let us know that he was preparing breakfast for us as well! We were able to leave this amazing place with a full belly, homegrown fruits and veggies, eggs, and great memories. We will be back to visit for sure. Thanks again John B., John M, and Diana.
