The house is located on Loutsa beach. It’s a lovely beach connected with Vrachos beach and together they have a coastline of 3km. The sea has blue-green waters and the sand is white. Along the beach you have various of beach bars, restaurants, mini markets etc. If you are looking for a relaxing and comfortable vaccation this is the place. You have the option of just being at the beach and around the coastline or you can also explore the area around. Preveza city 32 km away and Parga 30km away.

It is a 10' drive from the city centre, 5'drive from the University Hospital, 2' drive from the lake surrounding area and 20' drive from the Airport of Ioannina.The bus stop is at 200m distance.The necessary appliances which are available are: smart TV, cooker,fridge, sandwich maker, coffee maker, iron ,hair-dryer, e.t.c.
