Victoria's home was pristine and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting the feline companions! Victoria was so hospitable and fun to talk to. We had a great time eating dinner and hanging out by the pool. The neighborhood is conveniently near the highway but very quiet and not busy. Definitely recommend if you're passing through Buffalo!

Beautiful and charming house not far from the Falls Lisa is very kind and happy to engage in interesting conversations. We appreciated the little things, like bath salt in the bathroom and coffee available for guests.

Tracy and Chris were absolutely amazing hosts. The place was perfect! Tracy is an amazing cook, so be sure as to not miss breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer and definitely look forward to returning. You will not go wrong staying here.

we had a wonderful time. peaceful, beautiful property. (and a swing set in the back that can hold a 6' tall overweight adult). no ac, but there's an oscillating fan. if you put it up on the dresser, it's perfect. would definitely recommend.

Gretchen was great! We loved her dogs too! We had such a great time visiting. Some of our highlights from the weekend include Hides-n-Seek, a western clothing boutique, and BestCellar Book Bar!

This is a repeat visit, I have stayed with Gretchen & Stephen before. It is a beautiful, updated farmhouse on a hill with such aesthetically pleasing arts and crafts throughout their home, many of which are made by the hosts. It is colorful and enjoyable wherever you turn. Bedroom is comfortable with comfy bed, dresser, chair. It’s so quiet and welcoming, even the birds come to feed in the garden. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Cynthia and Peter are great hosts! The Continental breakfast was a bonus. The rooms are clean, quiet, and their outdoor garden will be a huge hit in the Summer, but is still lovely in Spring. They are interesting people and conversational when asked, and have an extensive list of recommendations to suit any interest. I’d highly recommend this home, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Cynthia and Peter!

Excellent location in town, second floor apartment. Walkable to small town movie theater, lots of restaurants. Grocery and other stores close by. Clean, well organized cabinets with labels, nicely furnished, accommodating hosts. Definitely a great stay, thank you!

Almost relaxing holiday time was spent at Paul's place. It's warmth and coziness along with the tasteful decor and upgraded details helped make this a peaceful time. In addition Paul was most accommodating about our travel changes. Would I come here again? Absolutely.

Robert’s place was comfortable and he responded fast and fixed small problems as soon as he could. Would 100% stay again.

We stayed two nights & just loved our accommodations. It was tastefully decorated, had every amenity & was very quiet & comfortable. Valarie was very helpful & accommodating. The historic significance of the depot makes it a truly special experience. We enjoyed visiting Ellicottville for shopping & lunch. We stopped by Griffith Sculptural Park, dined at Arts Cafe and visited the Alpacas at Sugarcreek Farm. We plan on returning!

What a great little apartment for 1 or 2 people. It was very comfortable, with pleasant furnishings and everything I needed and more for my 4 day stay. The food and service downstairs in the Cafe' were excellent each day, and I was treated like a family member. I would certainly consider staying here again when I have Buffalo plans.

What a great find! Gracious hosts, beautifully decorated home with all the nice touches you could wish for - beautiful roses, coffee and tea with all the adds and snacks which were much appreciated after a long travel day. Super clean with plenty of linens and towels and cozy lap blankets for chilly Buffalo nights. Really, really good food nearby. 15 minutes to downtown, 25 at rush hour. Highly recommend!!

I had so much fun staying here! This was my first time staying at an AirB&B, and it was super nice and non-stressful. Katherine was an awesome host, and if I ever find myself in Niagara Falls again I will definitely stay here. The house is also super cool!

Our stay was just wonderful! Check in was easy and we had everything we needed and more! Our room had the jacuzzi tub which I really enjoyed after a day of hiking. Breakfast was delicious! Lake Erie is beautiful and we will be back!

We loved our stay! We loved relaxing in our private attic space as well as the public area of the house. Katherine was very fun, professional and straight to the point!! Just a marvelous woman!! Plus at breakfast we got to meet people from all over and talk about our travels. Highly recommend staying in this little slice of history!

Great place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls! 10 min walk to everything. Bed was comfortable too. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Katherine was a gracious and welcoming host. She gave us a tour of her civil war era home. It was like sleeping in a museum and bed and breakfast. Katherine was very helpful in planning our trip to Niagara Falls. We ended up going on the Maid of the Mist because my partner couldn't go 40 years ago because the boat was broken. This was 4 or 5th time on the boat. And to my amazement I found out the boat was electric, now !! The home was clean and well cared for. You can tell Katherine put a lot love into the space. As for the breakfast, it was exactly as the photos and description show you. The food portions were hearty and tasted good. I would recommend her place to anyone.
