beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

the place and view were just extraordinary as he said it is quite literally a 5 min walk to the beach and you can even see the beach from the villa, it was extremely clean and well organised and everything we needed was available to us we did not have to ask for anything. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be coming back someday! thank you Mahmoud for making this trip the best it could be.

Greenhouse Airport’ta konaklamamız harikaydı! Doğanın içinde, huzurlu ve tertemiz bir yer. Hem ortamın sakinliği hem de evin konforu sayesinde gerçekten keyifli bir deneyim yaşadık. Evin her detayı özenle düşünülmüş ve çok temizdi. Ev sahibi Kubilay Bey de çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi, kendimizi gerçekten evimizde hissettik. Doğayla iç içe, sakin ama aynı zamanda ulaşımı da kolay bir yer arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Tekrar konaklamayı kesinlikle isteriz!

The best I found in Istanbul. The condo is very quiet, the unit is clean and modern, very comfortable and you have everything you need just a few steps away. Highly recommended for people traveling for business or looking for tranquility. I thank Veysel as he was very cordial and helpful from the moment I arrived, his help was very useful to me.

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

yusuf est très sympa et réactif. l'appartement est fonctionnel, la literie est confortable , il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place ( machine à laver , vaisselles , ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine, linge de lit , serviettes ...). gros + pour les piscines intérieures et extérieures c'était vraiment chouette, sans parler des aires de jeux pour les enfants, salle de sport, terrain de foot et basket, ça c'est génial quand on est en famille. le métro est à 5min à pieds mais un peu long pour rejoindre le centre historique d'Istanbul ( 30/40min) il nous a fallu 24h pour bien comprendre le mode de fonctionnement de l'appartement et de la résidence mais une fois que c'était bon tout était parfait. résidence sécurisée. on a passé un très bon. séjour. le petit point négatif c'est le ménage... vous pouvez largement vous améliorez la dessus mais je suis exigeante là dessus donc globalement je dirais que c'était très bien.

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!

Very clean apartment , nice people very welcoming ,next neighbor is little bit annoying they were complaining about noises even talking on phone

İlk airbnb deneyimimiz olduğu için oldukça tereddüt halindeydik fakat Emre bey endişelerimizin olmasına fırsat vermeyerek oluşabilecek her sorumuzu/sorunumuzu dakikasında cevaplayıp çözüme kavuşturdu. Son derece ilgililer. Ev fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibi. Eve giriş yapıldığı dakikada evle ilgili kullanabileceğimiz bütün olanaklardan haberdar edildik. Son derece ilgili oldukları için teşekkür ederiz. Hiç düşünmeden tercih edebileceğiniz bir ev olduğu konusunda şüpheniz olmasın.

Our stay at Elit Palace was fantastic. The place was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Mr. Sedat, was very responsive and ensured a smooth stay! A special shoutout to Bashir, the Guest Relations Manager, who took such great care of us and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless and comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with Marmarapark Alışveriş and Akbatı AVM just a 6-minute drive away. Akbatı even has an indoor tennis court. Many Baklava stores are within walking distance, and Migros and Happy Center are open until 10 PM for groceries. There are also three ATM machines by the parking entrance for easy withdrawals in USD or TL. For food, "EMİR BURGER" is a 10-minute walk away, and "Hafize Topal Güzellik Salonu" is nearby for hair and nail care. Alcohol stores, "Tekel Shop," are just 2 minutes' walk and stay open late, even on weekends. We felt at home and would definitely return if Sedat would have us :) Highly recommend it!
