This is a spectacular apartment - great location, comfortable. We rented both the interconnected properties and had a great time.

I had a wonderful stay at Adaja's flat for 4 days. The location of the appartment is really great as it is very close to the main city center street with all the restaurants and bars. But it is far enough at the same time to be very quiet. The flat was very clean and comfortable. Adaja was also a great host, providing all the tips about the city and activities to do. I would definitely recommend her for a next stay !

Simplesmente fantástico! O apartamento superou todas as nossas expectativas. A localização é perfeita — mesmo em cima da praia de Santa Maria, com vista deslumbrante e a apenas 5 minutos a pé do famoso pontão. O condomínio é muito tranquilo, bem cuidado e acolhedor. O apartamento estava impecável, decorado com muito bom gosto, bem equipado e cheio de pequenos detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença. A logística da chegada foi excelente — o sistema de cofre para as chaves é muito prático e seguro. O Michael foi um anfitrião 5 estrelas: sempre disponível, atencioso e cheio de boas dicas. Até tratou do táxi para nos ir buscar ao aeroporto! Tivemos um pequeno problema de barulho numa das noites, mas falámos com a segurança e foi imediatamente resolvido. Sentimo-nos sempre seguros e bem acompanhados. Destaco também o serviço de limpeza — ficámos 7 dias e o apartamento foi limpo, com troca de lençóis e até das toalhas Ficamos clientes sem dúvida,

Anny war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Terasse genial, gross, mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Arbeitsfläche im Zimmer ist sehr schmal, nur bedingt zum Arbeiten geeignet, dafür durften wir (ausnahmsweise?) die Küche mit grossem Tisch und Waschmaschine mitbenutzen. Gesamthaft sehr preiswert.

Un troisième séjour dans ce logement et toujours aussi satisfaits ! 😊🥰 L'appartement est dans une charmante résidence en bord de mer. Très agréable terrasse pour prendre les repas et se détendre. La piscine est pratique pour se reposer sur les chaises longues ou se baigner pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas aller à la plage (qui est publique) A 5 mn à pied, on peut se baigner sur une belle partie de plage sans rochers. L'intérieur est coquet et fonctionnel. Cuisine équipée avec réfrigérateur (partie congélateur), cuisinière gaz et four électrique qui permet de cuisiner les excellents poissons achetés aux pêcheurs. On peut regretter l'absence d'un micro ondes, et que l' équipement de cuisine soit un peu succint (peu de poele, saladiers), mais il me semble que le micro ondes est dans les projets et Stijn est toujours prêt à fournir ce qui manque par l'intermédiaire de Lizzie, la charmante dame qui s'occupe du ménage. En bref, on y reviendra toujours avec grand plaisir !

We stayed for 11 nights in March and Roy couldn’t have been more helpful or more responsive. The apartment was in a perfect setting, with the sun rays beaming onto the balcony as we ate breakfast, super comfortable beds, powerful showers, and everything you need for a relaxing break. The lemon sharks were definitely worth a visit (6 Euros ppn) as they swam in between your legs, but the Pedra de Luma salt pans, apart from floating in for a few minutes, felt too commercialised. And you can actually see genuine salt pan production in the area north of Saint Marie which felt more authentic. Hiring a moped from Red scooters was easy but not for the faint hearted especially on a windy day, but we had some fun on the local quad biking sand dune circuit. Best restaurant we came across, that was slightly off the tourist mile in Saint Marie was the Santa Grehla with beautiful fresh fish and a great vibe. If you’ve not had Wahoo fish before it’s a must 😊.

Excellent accommodation. We had everything we needed. The accommodation was clean and in a great location. I definitely recommend it.

Schon vor der Ankunft konnte ich alle meine Fragen loswerden und habe gute Tipps für Restaurants und andere Themen bekommen. Da ich hauptsächlich zum Tauchen da war, hat sie sich sogar umgehört, wie die einzelnen Tauchbasen vor Ort bewertet werden. Vielen Dank dafür. Ligia war immer erreichbar und hat bei kleineren Problemen, für die sie nichts konnte, sich immer sofort gekümmert und im Nachgang nachgefragt, ob alles passt. Einfach Top. Für mich war das Apartment optimal, da es ruhig gelegen ist und alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wünsche dir nur das Beste. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Très bon séjour dans ce air Bnb, l’appartement était parfaitement bien situé pour visiter l’île. Je recommande, résidence sécurisée avec quelqu’un à la réception qui nous a montré l’appartement. L’appartement est propre, climatisé et très bien pour ce type de séjour. Aux alentours, vous pourrez réserver (même avant votre voyage) un guide sur get your guide , il y a aussi la visite en vélo électrique qui complète bien nous sommes passés dans des sentiers qui ne sont pas accessibles en voiture. Vraiment très bon séjour, je vous encourage à prendre ce airbnb plutôt qu’un hôtel pour bien s’imprégner de la vie local. Par contre attention aux arnaqueurs qui se font passer pour des CapVerdiens et vous mentent pour vous emmener à leur stand. Dommage cela donne une mauvaise image. Vous verrez qu’en allant dans les quartiers moins touristiques vous découvrirez les vrais CapVerdiens.
