To rent, nice apartment with balcony and sea view in a private residence with private pool for maximum 4 person. When you look for relaxing summer place you are on the right place, only 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, shops and restaurants Facilites Full equipped kitchen with washing machine, coffee machine, water warm up machine, toaster, oven, refrigerator, microwave, TV, sofa with bed possibility, bed line leisure. A bedroom with a double bed ( 160 cm ) and storage possibility as well as a bathroom with a shower and a nice living room ( sofa for 2 person ).

Stunning 1 bedroom Apt on quiet San Fermin complex

This beautifully refurbished first floor apartment is but a stones throw (an aprox 8 min walk) from the sea front with all of your usual holiday amenities and entertainment. There are multiple bars, restaurants and takeaways to choose from or a well stocked supermarket if you choose to relax on the patio and escape from the rush. If you want to go further afield there are good transport links via bus, taxi or rental car to the whole island. We look forward to welcoming you to this island soon.

Great location & great layout

This apartment is located very centrally near both old town and main strip. Many facilities such as large Lidl, two other supermarkets, bus stop and the Biofera shopping centre are located within 400 meters. There are a few really nice bars, restaurants at the corner. The apartment is well laid out with most furniture multi functional . It can comfortably host two adults and two children for sleeping and storage . It is very comfortable, unique and relaxing . All Irish & UK & European TV.
