Die Finca Son Salvanet mit ihren 5 Ferienhäusern (traditionelle Steinhäuser, innen komfortabel restauriert) liegt zu Füßen des Bergdorfes Valldemossa, das zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen ist. Haus Ibiskus ist ein zauberhaftes Haus mit einem großen Schlaf/Wohnraum, abgetrennter Küche und Duschbad. Eine große Terrasse davor bietet Sitzplätze und Liegestühle. Der Blick geht auf das ca 30.000 qm große Grundstück mit vielen verschiedenen Bäumen und Blumen der Finca und auf die gegenüber liegenden Berge.

Preciosa casa-apartamento con encanto en bonito pueblo de la Sierra de Tramuntana. Reformada, de 30m2, muy luminosa, dormitorio con cama doble, baño, sala con cocina totalmente equipada y sofá-cama doble, jardín y terraza con piscina compartida. A 30 min en coche de las calas de la Costa Norte. Lugar ideal para practicar senderismo y ciclismo. Situado a tan solo 14km de Palma y a 25 min en coche del aeropuerto. El pueblo cuenta con supermercados, varios restaurantes y polideportivo municipal.

Our house is close to cafés, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket. It is in the heart of Valldemossa, although in a silent street, with cosy little alleys and their flower pots.Easy access to public transport/ public carpark is 5 mins walk.Valldemossa is a perfect village for relaxing and within easy reach of Palma and other places on the Island (20mins to Palma, 30 mins to the Airport). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families(as well with kids).

Stunning loft style house 5 mins from the square

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Encantadora casa de piedra en el corazón de Valldemossa, en plena Sierra de Tramuntana (Patrimonio de la Humanidad, UNESCO). Completamente renovada, conservando su carácter mallorquín y perfectamente equipada con vistas a la montaña y aire acondicionado. Se ubica en el casco antiguo de Valldemossa, en una calle muy silenciosa, con pequeñas callejuelas acogedoras decoradas con macetas. Nur für Erwachsene Kleines Gästehaus / Casita für zwei Personen auf unserer Finca in Llucmajor, mitten in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
