We needed this apartment for family when other family visited. It worked out great and Ashley was very kind to extend a late check out when my husband got the checkout time wrong and needed an extension to pack up. She was quick to respond to messages sent through Airbnb and patient with me as I was fairly new to using this rental website. I would recommend Ashley's place if you are visiting family in the area yet want your own space to relax. Also to see Ft. Myers and all it has to offer this place is perfect as the price is right, parking is free, and beaches as well as our beautiful downtown river area are just a short drive away. Thank you for a great stay.

Cheap place and it was super clean!!! Everything was easy and convenient and the location was amazing. It’s maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach and not having to pay for parking was a 10/10. Thankyou so much!

This was our second stay and we will definitely be back for a third! We love the location to the beach and times Square. The accommodations, the pool and the beautiful flowers keep us coming back for more!

We stayed for 6 nights. The place is clean and the location was great, perfect for what we needed - close to FMB and downtown. Our only complaint (which it’s not really a complaint but more of just a heads up) the neighbors downstairs partied until like 6am on Saturday. Earplugs would’ve helped. That said, we would definitely stay again, though! Thanks, Angel! Hope to be back!

This is the second year I have stayed at Connie’s. Everything is always top notch. Always feels like home. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. no better place to stay. Until next year.

Absolutely loved our stay! Only 10 minutes from the Pier/beach, restaurants, shops, and Downtown area. The place was just like in the pictures: spotless, with great amenities and decorated impecably. Had a bit of a hiccup with the code while checking in but the hostess helped our right away and we did not miss a beat. Highly recommend staying here for your visit to gorgeous Naples!

Pedro was very responsive and the condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book her again!

Everything was great about this rental, great location, very clean, nicely updated and decorated. Well stocked kitchen with everything that was needed, especially sharp knives which tend to be lacking in others rentals we have stayed in. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice having washer and dryer available. Andy was exceptional with communication and checking to see if everything was good for us. Accommodated an early check-in. Cleaning gals very friendly. Definitely recommend and would definitely rent from Andy again One of the best rental experiences.

The house was very clean and had everything needed. quiet neighborhood and close to stores.

Our stay and the location was perfect The house was clean and fresh. The Pool and Lanai area were clean and the pool and lawn were maintained weekly. The area was beautiful and great for running, walking and riding bikes, without having to go out to the main road. Just a few miles from down town Cape Coral and grocery shopping. Perfect time at Blue Abaco! Lovely villa, clean and comfortable, with everything you could need - real home away from home. Plenty space for our family of 4. Everyone enjoyed pool overlooking waterway! Vesteva Vacation Rentals great with communication too. Within easy driving distance - 5 mins- of local shops/restaurants. So could comfortably walk to shops too. Only short drive to Cape Coral Water Park - about 10 mins and about 20/30 minute drive to lovely Fort Myers beach. Located in quiet neighbourhood so really relaxing. Would highly recommend and would certainly do a return visit

Great hosts, great neighborhood, great location. Townhouse had plently of space for 6 people with the 3 large bedrooms. Quick walk to all ammenities. Hosts were great at communicating and allowing for early check-in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for resort style pool and quiet and safe neighborhood.

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Very good area and price and overall great experience. The pool was great and the space was good for five of us and our dogs. Everything included is very helpful and true to description. The stay with Raul was great thanks a lot would stay again.

Ken’s place was absolutely wonderful! Everything was perfect! The neighborhood was very nice, the Condo had everything you need, it was very clean, beds were comfy and it was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in, the past twelve years. 5 stars all the way! Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

Very nice home- like atmosphere! Quiet, great bed and bedding. Tanya is extremely quick to respond and was very helpful. We would happily recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay at Doville’s condo. The location within the Lely Resort was great! We walked to workout every morning then went for a swim. The bike and walking trails were beautiful! All the extra amenities she had in the condo was an added bonus. We used the beach umbrella and chairs to visit a beach in Marco Island one day. So much to do in the area! We already booked for next March!

The place is perfect and as advertised -- the pictures do it justice. It was great for our family stay and I would highly recommend it. Lidia is wonderful to deal with and a great host. The pool was warm and perfect -- we just loved it there.

We have used Naples Vacations a few times in the past and they have always been proactive and responsive. We had no issues with our stay and Jennifer was friendly and reached out personally before our arrival to provide check in and access details .

This place is an absolute gem. The location is perfect if you are looking for something more quiet and low key. The beach and pool are steps away for your enjoyment. The entire building is meticulously taken care of and clean inside and out. The pool and beach area were constantly being checked on by staff to be sure everything was tidy and as it should be. The unit has everything you’ll need including very comfortable seating on the screened in porch for a break out of the sun or a morning coffee. AC was nice and cold after a long day out in the sun. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the unit was very clean and ready for our arrival. I especially appreciated the easy checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!
