No piso térreo, existe outro quarto de dormir com duas camas individuais, casa de banho com duche, cozinha equipada e sala de estar com sofá-cama, TV e rede Wi-Fi. O jardim e o pátio exterior proporcionam um ambiente calmo e relaxante com vista mar, onde pode fazer a sua refeição em família ou simplesmente relaxar e desfrutar da excelente exposição solar e da vista. Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!

Located in Calheta this refuge is ideal for lovers of hiking, with an excellent view of the ocean, you can go 5 minutes walk to the starting point of the levada where you have two options east and west. You can go in 12 minutes by car the levadas of 25 Fontes one of the most beautiful and lovely levadas sought by the walkers. It is also 10 minutes from the beach of Calheta where you can find all that orecisa for your stay, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc ...
