Perfect location if you want to be near the food trucks, pop ups, Mama Tig’s and The Pantry. House is beautiful. If you get a good deal, go for it! No regrets.

Wow! This house was beautiful and the town is wonderful! We had the best sister vacation! I didn’t know this little gem (Carlton Landing) existed and it was everything we could’ve wanted.

Very humbling and private home right on the lake. Welcoming host Sandy was very sweet and caring to answer questions or assist with anything we needed.

We loved our stay in Eufaula! The home was exactly that - not just a house, but a home. and it had everything we could need for our 5-day stay. Sarah was incredibly responsive if there was anything we needed/couldn't find around the home. Our young boys (5 and 3) loved running around in the backyard, as did our dogs, and the indoor games really saved us on the first day when it was too cold and windy to be outside. The hot tub was a big hit for the boys and the adults loved being able to wind down after a day of hiking in nearby state parks (Robbers Cave and Arrowhead were the two we visited). The town was wonderful and everyone was very friendly - we checked out Mama Tig's Pizza, Tavern No. 9, Lakeside Bites and Brews and The Sour Mermaid and would recommend all of them! We rented a boat from Xtreme Cove Marina on our last day and it was the perfect end to a wonderful Spring Break trip. Highly recommend checking out this house for your next family trip to Eufaula!

Andrew’s place was very well decorated and styled. He was very responsive to any questions we had. It was our first time to Carlton Landing and it was all that we had hoped it would be, and Andrew’s place had a lot to do with it! We will definitely be back!

Steven was INCREDIBLY accommodating! We were working with very particular days that we needed, and they coincided with a previously scheduled house repair that he had scheduled. He went above and beyond to make it work for us, even discounting an early arrival for us. His communication was excellent and the effort he put in to make it work for us really stood out. The house is peaceful and perfect for any group. Great bed arrangements. The kids loved having their own space downstairs to hang out and play. Plenty of outdoor seating that surround the entire house. Loved the fire pit being near the hot tub, as we were all able to enjoy visiting together no matter which option we chose. Provided firewood was definitely a bonus! Can’t wait to come back again during the summer!

This cabin has everything you could ever want for a relaxing getaway! Large open space with a wonderful view of the lake. Perfect for a family getaway and once you are there you never want to leave. We’ve stayed in many places with AirBnb all the way from Portland, ME to Mendocino, CA and this place does not disappoint at all. Highly recommend!

The cabin was exactly as described, clean, easy to find, and spacious. The driveway can hold 4 cars. Keith and the cohost were very responsive and helpful when reached out to.

Great place to get away for a few days or longer. We didn’t want to leave. They’ve thought of everything. Kitchen supplies, popcorn for movies, extra towels, they had things we had forgotten. We spent the day in the hottub, cooked out and watched the fire burn in such beautiful surroundings in the country-not a person around! The full kitchen is the best…many only have a microwave and sink - huge plus when we booked and when we were there. The drive is easy from the Dallas area and if you need anything - a town with Walmart among other stores is just a quick drive. I hope to go back soon!

Our stay at this lakeside cabin was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn't have been better, with the State Park right there offering beautiful views and easy access to nature. The cabin itself was cozy and well-equipped, but the real highlights were the amazing hot tub – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring – and the convenient kayak rental, which allowed us to enjoy the lake to the fullest. On top of all that, the communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made the whole process seamless. We highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat!

The house was an incredibly great place for the price! It is literally RIGHT on the water and we enjoyed our time sitting out on the porches. Speaking of porches, we very much appreciated that they were clean of spiderwebs and bugs when we arrived (a lot of homes don't pay attention to that detail.) We had a house full but everyone was comfortable and with the extra living room/bedroom downstairs, no one felt crowded. The house is full of extra amenities, inside and out; the kitchen is stocked full. There was extra of anything you needed! It was 10 minutes from downtown Eufala and marinas. Would definitely stay here again.
