This ground floor apartment is located in the leafy seaside suburb of Batehaven only 5km from the town centre and short walk to the beach. Separate queen bedroom with ensuite makes this property ideal for a couple looking for some fresh ocean air, rest and relaxation. The unit contains a large flat screen TV, DVD, wi-fi, games, mags, washing machine etc. Fully self-contained overlooking a manicured garden setting with ocean views. The local shopping centre is a 1 minute drive or short walk, offering newsagency, eateries, supermarket etc. We have lived in this region for 30 years and can offer the best the area has to offer, whether it be activities, beaches, restaurants etc.

Great location in a quiet and flat residential area, Only 2km to Batehaven & 2.5km to Batemans Bay town centre making this a great central location to either walk or drive to either destination. The unit is equipped with everything you many need for a weekend or weeks stay. Surrounded by gardens and farmland but only a short distance to the beach and amenities. There is a small courtyard with garden and mountain views and a personal fire pit for relaxing evenings. Pets are welcome. Only 2.5km to Central Tilba, 5 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to Narooma and Bermagui.

Relax and enjoy an open, light filled modern well-equipped 2 Storey Townhouse with living and entertaining area upstairs and a separate loungeroom and bedroom downstairs. It has a decent size balcony with outdoor setting, as well as a courtyard. It is a short 5-minute walk to local Restaurants & Cafes, a 5-minute drive to Surf Beach, which makes for a perfect house and location to enjoy your holiday. Unlimited wifie, smart TV's and A/C. So sorry no pets are allowed in the block.
