My girlfriend and i had the perfect stay with Rosie! Great cottage and facilities and really appreciated Rosie's knowledge and suggestions on the area, such as alternative routes around Snowdon. Being able to climb Snowdon straight from the accomodation was great, not having to get out early to get a parking space at the busy car park. The freshly baked lemon drizzle cake on arrival was delicious. And the jacuzzi to cure those aches of the previous days hiking. Can't recommend staying here enough and look forward to returning soon. Thanks again for a brilliant stay!

This is an amazing place and location. So private and peaceful. The hot tub is amazing. The place is immaculate and clean. I don't really want to write a positive review as I don't want lots of other people going there! But it is great.

A beautiful, spacious cottage in a stunning location. There are plenty of incredible hikes nearby & coming back to soak in the hot tub with lovely views was wonderful.

A gorgeous weekend spent with friends in the Old Potting Shed. What a beautiful home, very well equipped and stunning surroundings. James popped round to say hello and gave us some recommendations of walks and places to eat over the weekend! Hopefully we will return one day! :)

My family & I have just had a lovely few days staying at this property. The cottage & grounds are beautiful with lots of flora & fauna - generous lawn to the front, lake & terrace to the rear & side, flower-filled borders throughout, all surrounded by fields, woodland & birdsong. We enjoyed using the hot tub overlooking the lake, a really special setting. It’s all very private & tranquil. The cottage itself is spacious & cosy, with thoughtful touches throughout (comfy beds, robes, well-stocked log burners), plenty of room for our family of four, plus dog (bonus - pet friendly!) & a lovely lounge to relax in after biking & walking all day. The kitchen was well-equipped, though we didn’t do any cooking. The location is great too – secluded but close enough to nearby villages. We’d definitely recommend having a car. Hosts were nice & friendly, easy to communicate with & quick to respond when contacted. All in all, a wonderful stay & we’d highly recommend to others. Thank you!

The most gorgeous stay - homey feel and spotless. Host had thought of everything to accommodate us all. The space was cosy and spotless - the inside had a homey feel with lovely large comfy sofa in front of the fire. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Our favourite part was the outside space with hot tub and pizza oven which made it really special. Would definitely stay again - thank you for having us ✨✨✨✨✨

Lovely little house extremely quiet location it had everything you wanted made the stay so relaxing couldn’t wish for a nicer charming weekend away. Wish we had booked it for longer highly recommend it to anyone will definitely go there again

Beautiful views from an exceptional property and lovely hosts David and Elin went above and beyond. We would recommend this cottage to anyone who appreciates peace and quiet, relaxation and feeling like they are at a home from home. We will definitely be returning as 3 days was not enough !

5* stay. Really enjoyed ‘Joyful Cottage.’ Perfectly located, and very spacious. The cottage was immaculate on arrival with plenty of towels etc. including one for the dog! Alison was incredibly thoughtful, and left some little packages to help us get settled in. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Would recommend to any family, friends, or future Air b&b’ers!!

lovely surroundings with sheep in field at back. found a delightful loop walk following small Brook into woods. Really appreciate the wood burner in lounge that made the whole place very cosy. would recommend.

Had a lovely time at Belinda’s cottage . The area was fantastic, located near walks, pubs , beaches and fantastic scenery, couldn’t have asked for more. Belinda was a great host , helpful advise and around if you needed anything . Thankyou very much .

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. A great location for exploring Snowdonia. Close to the mountains but also easy access to Anglesey and other urban areas. Perfect for a short break.

Lovely cottage close to fantastic walks and beaches. We found the space cosy and comfortable. It was a shame the log burner was out of action but this obvs didn’t spoil our stay.

Lovely cottage in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, Diane has thought of everything and the little extras like the dog blankets/bowls were very much appreciated. The wood burner made us extra cosy when we had a rainy evening. Great to have parking and somewhere near to exercise our dog. An ideal location , we had days out to Kielder Forest & Seahouses as well as exploring the Roman fort sites. Would definitely recommend this cottage and hopefully we will be back. Thank you.

Church Cottage is absolutely beautiful both from the outside, with a wonderful, sunny garden, and the inside, which is beautifully furnished and comfortable. There is a huge amount of space with the two sitting rooms, dining room and 4 bedrooms, and the whole place is extremely well equipped. There is even a second fridge, as well as a freezer, washing machine, dryer and microwave. We had a wonderful time sitting in the "snug" in the mornings before moving onto the sunny patio, and getting comfy in front of the fire in the living room in the evenings. It's a short walk to the coastal path and to the seal trips at the quay, and an easy drive to restaurants and pub in Wells or Blakeney. Sadly, the Anchor pub right by the cottage seems to have closed down. The steam train from Holt was also a fun thing to do. We can all thoroughly recommend this beatiful cottage. Louise sent really clear instructions about how to find it and was super helpful in all her communications. A great host!

Had a brilliant stay for my partners 30th birthday! The cottage was really cute and cosy and the hot tub was brilliant too. Really comfortable bed and a 20 minute walk away from 'The Shears Inn' pub which is great for a drink and we also had a lovely dinner here. Lorraine (the host) was very responsive via messages and was prepared to go the extra mile for us at all times.

La location est fidèle à la description et aux photos pas de triche. L’hôte était disponible à chacun de mes messages. J’ai beaucoup apprécié les petites attention (bouteille de cidre offerte qui était très bon d’ailleurs). Savon main, papiers toilette, mouchoirs, éponges se sont des petites choses que l’on oubli parfois et c’était plaisant d’en avoir sur place. Si j’avais un petit point noir se serait les poils d’animaux sur les torchons de cuisine mais même pas car je savais que la location acceptait les animaux et c’est le jeu. Donc pour conclure que du positif, je recommande.

Beautiful location and lovely property, very comfortable bed. Check in was really easy. Only thing to be aware of it's just a tv with no streaming services but fine if you have a fire stick. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the cottage hosted by Gill. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that she cares about her guests. The personalised welcoming card was a lovely touch that made us feel right at home. The cottage itself was well-equipped and had plenty of space for our needs. I especially appreciated the addition of cozy robes, which came in handy after our relaxing sessions in the hot tub. Overall, the combination of thoughtful details and comfortable accommodations made for an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Nous avons passé un super WD entre copines! Tout y est impeccable,grande cuisine, coin salon super agréable et surtout bonne literie. De plus, il y a de belles promenades tout autour!

My partner and I where looking for a lovely countryside stay, to enjoy the fresh air and to get out with the dog for picturesque walks and Harriets place gave us just that! Slowley Farm was warm, inviting and clean - offering us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cosy indoor fireplace was lovely to enjoy in the evening and the surrounding area offered beautiful views of the countryside. We would certainly recommend the farm, as it's as beautiful on the inside as it is in the outside (with a lovely Koi fish pond!) - We would definitely stay again 😊

My son & I had a fantastic stay at the cottage. Very comfortable and cosy, with a very well equipped kitchen, beds that made for a restful nights sleep, sizeable bathroom with a good shower and plenty of outdoor space. Ideally placed for exploring Plymouth, and wider afield in Cornwall and Devon.. Jane is a great host, very quick to respond and would have no hesitation coming back for another stay.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful family home,. The peace and quiet was amazing as was the nature we were surrounded in. Your neighbours were so friendly too. Also thank you for also allowing us to stay for so long. It was perfect for our adventures. Can’t recommend enough.
