dear dear guests :)‼️‼️‼️ the house is fully renovated. new windows, bed+a futon matresss. pictures are to be uploaded soon :) Greece is known for being really hot in the summer. Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a modern classic building right at the foot hills of the most spectacular mountain of Athens, Lycabettus. It is recently (2019) fully refurbised, fullfiling all requirements for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The apartment has two balcony views. The first one has the view of mountain Lycabettus and the second one of Athens. Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma, Monastiraki, Thiseio and Kolonaki square are in walking distance and very easily accesible!!!

It’s close to every public transport (buses, metro, train), easy access to the city’s main attractions. Next to local bars, restaurants, grill-houses and traditional taverns and an open-air market every sunday. You can find a supermarket in 100m walk and a bakery with the most delicious bread of the area under our building.
