With your own terrace and firepit to enjoy the Somerset countryside outside over a glass of wine, in the perfectly warm hot tub, or cosy woodburner inside, you are sure of a unique experience. This Shepherds Hut has a long double giving extra space for tall guests and the main area has sofa, dining table and of course your own ensuite bathroom with free toiletries. The traditional fitted kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook meals and there's plenty of complementary tea and fresh coffee.

Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. The Heavitree Hideaway is a 15 min walk from Exeter city centre, a 10 min walk from the Hospital & a 4 min walk from Waitrose supermarket. The peaceful garden area is fenced off at the end of our own long garden. Independent access is via a keypad at the side passage of our house The spacious wetroom/toilet has an electric shower & hot water sink which is separate to the studio but accessed via a covered decking area

One of a small group of wooden lodges built in a quiet valley on the banks of the river Teign in Dartmoor National park. Woodland walks from the doorstep. Wild birds and flowers, deer,fishing (day/week permit) starry skies. Small play area. The lodge is warm and cosy and well equipped for up to 5 people maximum. A fast road network only 10 mins away gives an easy journey and access to the beaches in South Devon, North Cornwall and the south west of England.
