You will spend about three hours in nature with very calm, relaxing activities, based on the scientifically based practice of Japanese art Shinrin-yoku ("Forest Bathing"), which will help you slow down your mind and body. You will get rid of stress and everyday worries and feel the "here and now" moment. We will walk rather shorter distance (within 2 km) with longer stops, during which we will connect with nature through our senses. We will intensify these experiences by appropriately chosen sharing and finally conclude the experience with a tea ceremony with a small snack. In the end, you will feel more relaxed and more connected to yourself and the world around you.
I am a forest therapy guide with education at the Association for Natural and Forest Therapy and a lifelong nature lover. During the "forest bathing" (or forest therapy walk) I will open the door to a deeper and more intense connection with nature, which will help you find peace, relaxation and joy. I have devoted myself to this art for many years, professionally for about a year. I know the forests around Prague perfectly and I can show you the most valuable gifts for your mental and physical health and well-being.
