I'll introduce you to a few of the girls (our goats) and you'll get to watch them at their antics. Several are lactating after giving birth recently, and we'll milk one so you can see in real time what it takes to get enough milk to make cheese. Later we'll move to my outdoor kitchen to make goat cheese along with some cheese dishes that you can make at home. If you want to make your own cheese right along with me, there's a list of things you'll need to get to be prepared.
