Wat je gaat doen

Do you feel like you waste your morning feeling slow, half awake, or unfocused? Do you feel unmotivated when you wake up, and then hope to find inspiration later in the day, but don’t?

In this online experience, we’ll walk through the morning routine that helped me get to, and keeps me competing at a world-class level. We’ll start by hydrating with a cold glass of lime-salt water and I’ll tell you the incredible story of how I made my first Olympic team after getting hit by a track and field hammer (warning: it’s the biggest bruise you’ll ever see). This event was the catalyst of my obsession with habits & routines. Next, we'll do some gentle but energising movements to activate your body. Thirdly, we'll go through effective journaling cues to activate a positive and motivated mindset. With blood flowing and a primed outlook, I’ll guide you through a short but highly effective meditation. As the finale, you'll learn the trick of how to enjoy a cold shower as well as some of the physiological benefits.

This Experience is great for team-building. You can book a private experience for your group. If your group larger than my listed max group size for private groups, send me a message. It can also be shortened to 45 minutes webinar-style experience if time is a factor.

Exceeded my expectations. I waited a week to review so I could put the ideas I learned to use. Liz’s routine has made a significant improvement to my day. I appreciated the clear, experiential instructions and research- backed written information she gave us. I am used to morning routines being really hard - an early rise time, a challenging workout time — and I tend not to be able to stick to it. This routine can be done anytime you get up. And you do it before you workout (if you choose to workout). It never occurred to me a morning routine could be so efficient and easy to accomplish. I look forward to it. Thank you for sharing this! I’d love a similar class on fitness.
