Wat je gaat doen

We will jointly select the location in Prague that is closest to you and spend 60 to 90 minutes with running or active walk. We will also add stretching to stretch the shortened muscles and relax and warm up the stiff muscles. And moreover, I will tell you something interesting about the location, mainly from its history and natural attractions.
Surely it would not be good for your whole body to suffer next day. Part of the time together will be a warm up. Relaxation and warming of stiff muscles is the basis. Then we spend the time actively without the risk of any injury.
The experience is suitable both for trained athletes and for people who only like to move actively in the natural environment, just by walking. For active athletes I offer fitness training and for others, I offer healthy body stretching.
There is a map of potential locations where we can spend 60-90 minutes together with an active movement. The exact meeting point will be arranged according to your preference and location.

Running with a guide was new experience for me - but Jan was very kind and patient person. This was lovely experience for me because I didn't know that area very well and I wouldn't be able to discover those paths alone. It was important for me, that we discussed the intensity of the run - because there are no small hills :). I can highly recommend it! You wouldn't feel like in the city at all and the views with commentary are awesome!

The scenery was nice, it was good to have a little excercise in between our trip. I asked for an intense run, it was too intense for me eventually. But we had fun.
