Wat je gaat doen

The best place for intervals is always a stadium with a good tartan track. The Ludwig Jahn Sportpark close to the Mauerpark is one of it. After a short introduction you will tell me what you train for, at what level you are and what issues you might have. Some information you might give me in advance so that I can consider it by planning the training. We will also discuss how many repetitions we are doing as well as the single distances we are going. We might even include a 1.000 meter speed run to test your potential.

To warm up we will do some Run ABC exercises like high knees, skipping or sidestep. Then we just start the intervals, e.g. 10 times 400 m, 8 times 800 m or a pyramid workout. We finish with some stretching if you want.

Waar je naartoe gaat

We will be at the Ludwig Jahn sport stadium the whole time. The place we are is part of a larger sports complex including a soccer stadium. However, we will use a 400 meter tartan track at another sports ground. It provides the best conditions for our warm up as well as the intervals.
