Wat je gaat doen

Arrive on Saturday morning to a light breakfast and opening circle. This is a chance to fully arrive in the space, whilst starting the day with delicious treats. We will then jump straight into a dynamic Pilates session which will focus on core strength and stability.

Following Pilates there will be the option to take a guided walk around the beautiful and quintessentially Bristish Badminton Estate. On the walk you will have the opportunity to consider the role of nature in Well-being.

On your return, you will enjoy a nutritious feast of local produce. Use the opportunity to taste the best of he Cotswolds. After lunch there will be a group Coaching session in which you will learn how to adapt techniques to look after yourself, so you can access and sustain the best version of yourself.

We will finish the day with a restorative Yoga class , meditation and closing circle.

I started my Well-being business Mind and Body Matters over 30 years ago, when I trained as a fitness Instructor. My passion for health and well-being then led me into Pilates, Massage and Life Coaching. I continue to teach but also explore the different and new avenues of health and Well-being.

I love to help people to challenge their body and mind through a holistic approach to health and Well-being. By learning techniques to build strength and resilience, I empower people to thrive through life’s many challenges!

Waar je naartoe gaat

The day will predominantly be held in my home, situated in the heart of the Cotswolds. I have a studio attached to my home where I run Mind and Body Matters.

We will walk and talk through the woods and parkland of the beautiful Beaufort Estate.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden

Elke ervaring kan binnen 24 uur na aankoop, of ten minste zeven dagen voor aanvang, worden geannuleerd met volledige restitutie.

This is a day for you. A day to stretch your body and your mind, in a peaceful and calm setting and take home both exercises for the mind and body.
