This place was a nice reminder of home, while visiting home, from our home away from home. As odd as that sounds, we're Nebraska natives that now reside in Minnesota and were visiting for a family birthday surprise, so what better way to tap into our roots than to stay in a grain bin! What made it special was the details - pulling up to the house as a thunderstorm was rolling in to the south, roosters crowing and all forms of wildlife at the end of a dirt road....it just had a very magical feel to it. The place itself was great. Cozy to the max and didn't want to get out of bed syndrome hit very hard in the morning. The food we were given the next day was a perfect addition to the surroundings. Kay and Jim were awesome, fun to chat with, and we will absolutely be back!

Great place to stay (my 2nd time)! Quiet and relaxing and easy access to the places I needed to go in nearby towns. I'll be back!

Caleb was a perfect host & my stay at his rental was quiet & peaceful.

It was like you were hanging out at your grandparents house while they were out of town! Mainly, I'm referring to the nostalgic VHS experience, as well as the vintage touches in glassware, etc. There were also modern features to appreciate (smart TV, furniture, and comfy beds). Sublime location for any event in Courtland!

It was exactly what we were looking for. She has a very lovely place it was very clean.

Katie was super responsive. The place was clean and exactly as described, except it was bigger than expected. One thing to know about the place is there is no place in town to eat on the weekends. Everything is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. But the host has nothing to do with that.

Place was absolutely amazing. We stayed for a guys golf outing and this was the perfect place to congregate and have some fun. Highly recommend!

Judy was an excellent host. Always responsive, and if I ever had questions or concerns she was readily available. At night you see a beautiful view of the stars, and sometimes you would hear howls from coyotes in the distance. I really enjoyed my stay ☺️
