Monarch Pond Cabin is located in the Hocking Hills region of Ohio. You can relax with the whole family or friends in this peaceful place. The cabin is situated on a private pond and is just a short walk to the community lake where you can fish, swim, sun, or paddle around with any hand powered vessel, two kayaks/PFD's are provided. Welcome to The Lookout at Buckeye Lake! We stumbled upon this cozy cottage in the summer of 2018 and spent the next 12 months renovating the dream Buckeye Lake getaway. Our first project was an off-grid cabin featured on DIY Network’s Building Off The Grid. We took inspiration from that design to transform The Lookout into the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the lake. Located just 3 miles off I70, and walking distance to neighborhood favorite Papa Boos.
