had a lovely 4-night stay and thoroughly enjoyed Isabelle's beautiful home. loved the aesthetics and the peacefulness of the neighborhood. location is great as the small town's hub was nearby and we had a great coffee stop, bakery spot and groceries to boot. chose Balnarring as a lovely base for us to explore Mornington and no regrets at all!

It is clearly a well loved home. Possibly wouldn’t suit all parties or families but we loved it. We were 5 related adults & loved cooking, drinking & chatting. The lounge is to die for but that’s our 60’s aesthetic! The deck was great & whole experience easy & relaxed. The house is friendly & welcoming.

Like many others have said the photos don’t do the place justice. A beautiful home, great host in a lovely secluded location. my family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

Had a wonderful time at Jo's beautiful and cosy house in Jan Juc. Jo was a perfect host and it was a pleasure hanging out with her and her dogs. She was very caring and always responded quickly when I had a question. The whole house is way better equipped then 95% of other airbnb's I had in the past. The reason is, that the house is Jo's home and not just a place to rent out and earn money with. The house also has a beautiful and lush garden where you can relax in privacy. I Really appreciate the time I had in Jo's cosy house and I highly recommend her as an host!

Great location within a few hundred metres to the beach. The place was clean and tidy with everything we needed for two families of four, to have a fun long weekend. Everything was clean and today and Lauren was always friendly and responsive. The kids loved the spacious yard and the trampoline. Two TV's also helped. Thanks for an awesome stay Lauren!

Perfect spot for a family holiday! Not far to drive to delicious food places, playgrounds and hikes! The place had everything we needed, plus more! Thank you for having us!

Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

The house and pool are lovely. The host was extremely responsive when we had questions. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Sorrento. It was spotless, exactly as described, and looked just like the photos—if not better in person! Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location was great, and we truly felt at home. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and hassle-free stay in Sorrento.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Enjoyed our stay generally pretty clean,the dishwasher was intermittent,the spa pillows were unsatisfactory as they would not stay fitted .

Fantastic setting and so private. Lovely personal touches and everything as described. Space to enjoy the privacy yet close enough to a vibrant town as well. Our dog loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place. It was private, peaceful and pleasant. We had a really good sleep, bed was comfortable. We had our puppy with us so we were little hesitant in the beginning but when we got there our puppy was happy and settled well. Backyard space was a plus and the place itself was clean and comfortable. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely stay again 😊

Fantastic warm welcoming but still quiet. Great drive way access for a small boat or tinnie. Our dogs were welcome and so were we. Thank you for our great weekend getaway. We hope you will have us back. Kindest regards Pat

Spacious home with excellent amenities, very comfortable space to relax in. Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Loved our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

Perfect spot for our stay! Craig’s place was spotless, comfortable, functional and exactly as described. Craig was super friendly and responsive. Great location, walking distance to a variety of great coffee and shops! It was quiet and cozy—would definitely book again!

My little family had a lovely stay at Rye Beach Shack between Christmas and New Years. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and Woolies (about 10 mins) from the property, as it was so packed down at the waterfront parking was really hard to come by. Amber was very responsive about questions. A great place to stay and relax after Christmas :)

we had an amazing weekend here with our little doggies. the place is comfortable and peaceful and so close to some amazing coastal walks. highly recommend it.

The location of Sally & Kym’s Airbnb was amazing! Just a short walk to the shopping centre and great restaurants. The space was very unique, peaceful and served our needs perfectly as we were travelling with our dog! She loved the area also! Thank you for making our weekend so special 🤩
