Whether enjoying the fully private heated swimming pool (ONLY AVAILABLE 23th May-30th Sept 2025) or cosy log burner in winter, The Hideaway is the ideal place to relax and unwind. 15 minutes drive to the North Norfolk beaches of Holkham and Wells-Next-The-Sea. Sandringham & Burnham Market also nearby. Fakenham is a mile for shops and we even have a good village pub!

Skylark - Perfect for 2. Idyllic rural retreat.

Skylark is a private, single-storey one-bedroom annexe in the grounds of our family home. Converted in Spring 2021 it offers light and airy first floor accommodation accessed via an external staircase. Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for one vehicle. Designated outdoor space. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. With breathtaking views, and a great location Skylark is the perfect retreat. REDUCED RATE WEEKS - NON-PEAK TIMES.

This small & cozy 2 bed cottage is set in the village of Hempton, ideal for couples and small families it is located approx 10min walk to Fakenham town centre. Fakenham is a lovely market town with plenty of local amenities including some great places to eat. The property is equipped with the comforts you’ll need for a great stay, with parking available on Bakery Court which is a short walk through to Oak Row. Free WI-FI. Great pub & lake around the corner. Parking adjacent to the property.

Flint Cottage Hindringham close to N Norfolk coast

Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.
