Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Relax over Summer @ the Lighthouse

(Edit 22/12/25: Unfortunately we were affected by the recent fires in Dolphin Sands. Our block was burned, but the Lighthouse itself was saved by firefighters. The beautiful surrounding bush has been lost. See photos) We think our architecturally designed house is a perfect romantic getaway. We built it for the view, so you can relax with a coffee/wine and enjoy the best of Tasmania's east coast, in comfort. 'The Edge' is situated in Binalong Bay, right in the heart of the stunning Bay of Fires conservation area on Tasmania's East coast. A quiet peaceful retreat, it sits right on the edge of the tranquil Grants lagoon and a lovely lagoon-side walk takes you to the beaches the area is famous for. The open plan space is warm and bright, receiving all day sun. Beautiful views over the water and surrounded by a large sundeck and a semi tropical garden - The Edge is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.
