Very responsive, clean house and bigger than we thought. The neighborhood had a fun theme to it. If we ever come to the area again, we will search this place out.

Great location to downtown Baton Rouge. The condo is new, part of the apartments expansion. Clean on the inside and out and very peaceful. Mary gave us very clear instructions to checkin and answered all of my questions throughout the weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here if passing thru the city.

Very cute aesthetic place. Reminds me of New Orleans and I love the neighborhood and the character this home had . It’s definitely my style and the bed was comfy !

The Music Loft was ideal for my wife and I for the weekend. Centrally located in the heart of Christmas in The Country, walking short distances to entertainment, shopping and dining. The loft is perfect for a couple on a weekend getaway.

Absolutely loved the home! The view of the river is beautiful! Coffee on the balcony or back patio in the mornings is so lovely! The kitchen was well stocked. The host was very communicative and accommodating! Loved every minute! Very close to the grocery store! 10/10recomend

Great place very close to school. Was 2 blocks from my daughters dorm made move in much easier . Great location ans very convenient to campus ans town. Old house so central ac not very good. Fans in every room but it would get to about 78-80’ in day and early evening in house but by bedtime ans to sleep house was cool. I personally prefwr bwttwr ac so it stays at temp. Back room def needs a window ac or a portable ac not fan so freon can vent outside. Fams hwlp but once temp hits 70 its an uphill battle to 65-68 again to sleep. I live in Florida its hot humid amd i kwwp my house 70’ in day 65 at night. The ac tbere will do it but not hold during day so house is extremely hot especially on a sunny day. Woyld def stay again id peob just being a portable ac. Def recommend to anyone looking to stay close. Neighborhood friendly neighborhoods nice. No problems.

My friends and I always go to False River for our spring break, and this was BY FAR the BEST Airbnb we have stayed at! The kayaks and water mats absolutely made our experience 100 times better. Ms. Karen was super sweet and helpful. 12/10 recommend!

Benji was a great host. He answered and questions or concrens very promptly. I asked for recommendartions for local restaurants and every place we went that he suggested was excellent. For a unique dining experience he suggested Mestizos and that was the most pleasant and enjoyable place we went to. The food there was excellent and the service was was great. It is definately someplace i would go to again if I return to Baton Rouge.

Came to Baton Rouge for the Miss LSU Pageant and stayed at David's place. This house is a gem! Wonderful property that is only a few minutes away from the campus. The house and property are well-maintained, and the host David was communicative and offered assistance if we needed. We highly recommend David's place! Thank you for having us!
