This place was exactly as described and very clean. There were a lot of extras for the beach and a wagon to pull to them in. It exceeded our expectations. The three full bathrooms in each room is a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed. Elizabeth was a great communicator and took great care to ensure our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this house! We had 2 families staying. Was enough room for all of us! Having the pool was awesome, especially when it got windy at the beach. Easy walk to the beach with closet full of beach gear. The beach was empty and huge. Publix 5min from the house. Easy drive into town. Would totally stay here again

PLEASE READ!! I know the repercussions negative ratings can do for business which is why I rated this 5 star but you should def read this review if traveling with a larger party. We booked this place because myself and another mom were bringing our sons and a few friends down for a concert at the amphitheater. We particularly liked the outdoor space for them. We saw the rule about 10pm being quiet hours and knew we’d be at the concert at 10pm but mainly wanted the outdoor space to enjoy for the afternoon hours after the beach and before leaving out for the concert. Not an hour into being there (6pm) we get a message from the host threatening to kick us out for noise. We had LIGHT music playing and just the voices of some playing ping pong. No one was partying/excessive noise. Point being it seems quiet hours are really for all hours. The rest of the trip we walked on eggshells wondering if we were too loud. Not recommended for large groups or groups with young adults looking to enjoy

We had a fantastic family stay at Elizabeth’s place in Florida! The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze. We especially appreciated the bicycles and beach gear provided—it made our trips to the beach so easy and fun. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunrises every morning. It’s also a short drive to St. Augustine’s city centre, which made exploring the area super convenient. Despite being so close to everything, the neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Elizabeth was a fantastic host—very communicative, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. We’ve already recommended this place to friends and family, and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Katie’s home is beautiful and spacious and very affordable. It suited our group of 9 ladies with plenty of space to move about, sleep and get ready before our cruise. We felt safe with the many outside security cameras and fenced in yard. It is a short drive to many restaurants and made easy work of getting to the port on time. Katie was very responsive and friendly in her communications. Will definitely look her up again for a future pre-cruise stop. .
