Jamestown Cottage

Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!

Woodlark Lodge at The Old Woodyard, Docking

A brand new luxury eco-lodge which is situated just outside the village of Docking. It makes the perfect bolt hole for both families and couples and is ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. It is one of only seven lodges and has been meticulously constructed in fine timbers. Inside, the vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling glass create a light, spacious and contemporary look. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
