Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Trevligt, fräscht "sköt dig själv" boende

Fullt utrustad lägenhet belägen i utkanten av Nyhamnsläge. Nära till havet där det finns hamn, strand, badplats och naturreservat. Cykelväg finns runt hörnet och via den kommer man norrut till Mölle, Kullaberg och Krapprup. Söderut når man Höganäs. Är man intresserad av fiske finns goda möjligheter att fiska från stranden. Lägenheten är en avdelad biyta i en större villa. Det är egen ingång och altandörr mot trädgård. Badrummet har toa, handfat, dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.

Country home guest house with bathroom and kitchenette. Located 1km from the ocean and 1km from Arild Golf course. Café Flickorna Lundgren 500m. Fishing villages Arild and Mölle nearby. Good to know: the boiler tank is not big enough to fill the bath with hot water. But a long nice shower is no problem. The Sheets and towels are not included, bring your own. Enoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings in the nature from this newbuild cottage. The cottage has a bed room and a sleeping loft with two beds. The kitchen has everything you need, as stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. Please bring your own sheets. It is possible to rent sheets for 100 SEK/person.
