We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Check-in was very straightforward and Rachael was lovely to deal with. Our two dogs absolutely loved the garden and having so much space to roam - and visiting the little jetty at the end of the garden! (For future guests with dogs: The garden isn't fully fenced but we brought a long lead to secure one of the dogs who has a tendency to run off.) There are also lots of lovely walks nearby. The privacy of the house was great too, it felt like we were off the grid even though it's only ten minutes from the nearest town. All-in-all, we loved it here and definitely hope to visit again!

We loved our stay in ballyhaise, the house was even more beautiful in person! The whole process was very smooth and Frances and Mary were so accommodating, even allowing us to stay an extra night when we asked. Would definitely stay again, thanks so much both! ☺️

Absolutely stunning, homely, beautiful, spacious and practical. Each bedroom and bathroom is beautifully designed with love and care as well as interesting art work. Views are outstanding and it feels amazing to wake up in such a nice peaceful place. Everything was clean and it is full of useful appliances. Host was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend a stay here and hope to visit back here again.

What a GREAT spot! Nadia was fantastic as she met us for check in and ensured everything went smoothly. The home is beautiful, cozy, and within 8 min of grocery, restaurants, and gas stations. A short drive out to the Stairway of heaven for nice hike and awesome tour at Marble caves nearby! Definitely recommend!!

This accommodation was one of the best I've stayed in. The location was ideal as we were attending a wedding in Lough Rinn Castle. The house was so spacious with everything thought of. We were slightly late checking out and met Stephen, he could not have been nicer. The little extras like the bread, milk, tea, coffee just rounded off the whole place perfectly. Thank you so much Stephen, we couldn't recommend the place higher.

As a family with 3 young children and a puppy, it can be tricky to find accommodation that fits our criteria, but the mill was just perfect. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and kind. The mill itself is an absolute credit to the owners, it has been finished to such a beautiful standard. It was spotlessly clean, and had every amenity we could have needed. It was the perfect spot for us to go on adventures to Galway, Strandhill and Sligo. We really loved our Easter break away discovering the west of Ireland. Our host was super responsive and put us at ease. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Swallow Lodge cottage and would highly recommend it to others!! Una has thought of everything, her home is clean and set in a beautiful location. We loved our stay the location is great you can easily walk to downtown Carrick and the pier is right across the street. The WiFi was reliable and fast and Chris was accommodating to our needs traveling with a baby. We noticed the bedroom near the street was a little noisy at times but it wasn’t a big deal. There is a little market downstairs that was great for grocery runs. We also loved driving 15 minutes to Lough Key park and Boyle Abby.
