The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was elegantly designed, very clean, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning, making my experience even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay with a great host

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. Thank you for your cleanliness and your hospitality. We are truly grateful to have met such a host. Best Regards

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

Very good accomodation and we have enjoyed our stay . Ece was very responsive and accommodated all our requests . Suite is very big and can easily spend quiet time inside. Lot of good restaurants and cafes near by and good transportation options to city . We went to explore Istanbul for 3 days and enjoyed my vacation . WiFi is sometimes disconnecting and can be improved .

Konaklamamız çok güzel geçti. Birkaç ufak sorun yaşadık ama Emrah Bey hızlı bir şekilde çözüme kavuşturdu. Gitmeyi düşünen herkese şunu söyleyebilirim: Manzarası harika, konakladığımız yerdeki insanların iletişimi çok iyi ve kendinizi tamamen rahat hissedebileceğiniz bir ortam var. Yakınlarda birçok yemek yenilecek yer ve alışveriş noktası bulunuyor. Benim için en önemli avantajlardan biri ise daireye ait ücretsiz kapalı otopark ve açık otoparkın olmasıydı. Her şey için Emrah Bey’e tekrar teşekkür ederim. Yolumuz tekrar düşerse, kesinlikle yeniden konaklamak isteriz.

the place is fairly enough good , wasnt really calm there was a dog that kept parking right below the windows day and night it was irritating ( the dog is constantly there ) also the apartments so close to each other so u could hear neighbors doors close and open and such .. the place was clean and the view of the windows is really cute , very easy check in and out , very responsive when we needed help, the location isnt really good .

Posizione ottima, host molto cordiale, moltissime scale per arrivare all’abitazione, sconsigliato per chi ha molte valigie, l’host molto gentilmente ci ha aiutato nel portarle.

The place is fantastic and so is Harun as a host. I could not be more grateful I chose this listing as my first place in Istanbul. I can write a short story about how beautiful this experience was and it makes me emotional because in this immigration process I was expecting something to go wrong but everything was immaculate. The views are stunning, harun answers promptly whenever you have any questions whatsoever, the apartment is in perfect condition and harun goes above and beyond to help his guests. He even helped me carry my heavy suitcase to my next Airbnb. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend ❤️
