There are beautiful mountain views from several locations on the property. It's peaceful and quiet here most of the time. We're conveniently located just minutes from Flint Hill, not much farther to Washington VA, Sperryville and Front Royal. It's a two bedroom/one bathroom apartment above a detached garage.

Our beautifully restored cabin is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the unique setting of our regenerative conservation farm and the local countryside and vineyards. This elegant cabin offers a charming kitchenette and accessible bathroom while retaining its pre-Civil War character with original wood floors and beams. Curl up in front of the wood stove or enjoy sundowners on the covered deck looking out on our lush pastures or next to the firepit and shared pool and hot tub.

Upperville Hunt Country Cottage

The home has a standing seam metal roof, clapboard-style siding, a stone foundation, a cozy front porch, and second-floor dormer windows. The interior is painted with warm colors and accented by antique oak barn wood paneling and trim in the family room. The flooring is the original antique heart pine. The cottage is decorated as a traditional English Hunt Box, with equine art and memorabilia, lovely antiques, warm carpets on the heart pine floors, and high-end bed linens.
