The cottage was restored by a designer to keep her unique charm, while being modern and comfortable. You'll love rocking on the porch & strolling to the town square. You're close to Lake Fayette, 1 hour from Austin & Houston, and in the antique hub. The cottage shares a 1-acre yard with The Bloom Inn, our sister rental.

Just 1 minute from Market Hill and 5 minutes from downtown Round Top, our Boho-inspired cottage is situated on a quiet 12 acres with mature pecan trees and sweeping sunset views. After enjoying all of the activities that the Rountopolis has to offer, guests can unwind on hardscapes beneath the trees, on the party patio at the Little Red Barn, or exploring the property.

We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

The Kottage sits on 26 lovely wildflower covered acres near Round Top, Texas. It has been loving restored with touches of days gone by including wood from the original German settlers house. It has a comfortable front porch and rocking chairs to view the prairie and watch the wildlife. A full kitchen, dining room , and living room greet our guests as they enter. The Kottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and can sleep 8 comfortably. Great for a family or small group getaway.

Located in downtown Round Top and walking distance to some of our favorite local spots. Formerly part of Hotel Lulu.
