Wonderful spacious flat on the ground floor, with little natural light but lots of windows. The room division is great and definetely suitable for families. Nikola was an amazing host, with lots of flexibility and hospitality! definetely recommended!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet – es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Er hat sich immer erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, und sich wirklich Mühe gegeben, dass wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben. Wir würden sehr gerne immer wieder hierher kommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Priştine'de konaklamak için en uygun yerlerden biri. Gezmek isteyeceğiniz, vakit harcamak isteyeceğiniz her yere yakın. Ev düzenli ve temiz. Asansörsüz 5. kat olması dışında her şey güzeldi. Teşekkürler

Minden tökéletes volt, a szállás teljes mértékben felszerelt és a képek tükrözik a valóságot. Egy megjegyzés (amiről a szállásadó nem tehet), az úszómedencében kötelező viselni úszósapkát ami 300 mkd ha ott kell venni. Mindenképen Filip lesz a házigazda, ha máskor is megyünk.

I only have good things to say about this apartment. It was easy to find it and to check in, with all the instructions provided earlier. The place is conveniently located, super close to the bus station (convenient if you have a bus in the morning) but also a short walk to the center. It was clean and had everything we needed. It's really hard to find something to complain about, so I would definitely recommend it for a short stay.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Sani’s apartment during my time in Skopje. Sani is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and genuinely amazing hosts I’ve ever met. She went above and beyond to make my stay not just comfortable, but truly special and enjoyable. The apartment is clean, modern, and fully equipped—honestly, it feels just like home. It has everything you could possibly need: a sunny balcony, a well-stocked kitchen with high-quality appliances, a dishwasher, laundry machine, vacuum cleaner, and spacious closets. I also loved the lighting options—whether I wanted a bright workspace or a cozy, warm atmosphere, it was all there. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient. You’re just a short 2–5 minute walk from Zebra Mall, Diamond Mall, and Ramstore Shopping Center. And the neighborhood is quite peaceful and green for walking; making it easy to get around and stay active. If you’re coming to Skopje, Sani’s apartment is the perfect place to stay!

Nous avons passé trois nuits en famille dans cet appartement et tout s’est très bien déroulé. Le logement est conforme à la description, propre, confortable et bien aménagé. Blera est une hôte très réactive et arrangeante, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité, ce qui est pratique. Le parking est souvent occupé, mais il y a suffisamment de places aux alentours, donc aucun souci si vous venez en voiture. Je recommande vivement cet appartement

From the very first moment entering this cozy house we’ve felt at home. The neighborhood is very friendly, the air is fresh (breeze in the summer, clean air in during the colder month), the house super cozy (outstanding big family bed, romantic fireplace, nice small outdoor/garden place…) and well equipped with all what you need. Taukbahçe Park is reachable on food in less than 10 mins and also Germia park is close by. The owner Hasan and his wife are very easy to communicate with and very accommodating if you have any queries. We’ve extended our stay various times and highly recommend this place.

Luz and Merita's place is a small two story house set directly across the street from the Furra Lumi bakery. The interior is well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. The location is great for those who want to be directly in the city centre in walking distance from shops and public transport. For those more sensitive to noise, note that it is very close to the street and one can hear the noise from the street at night. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and communication with the owners smooth, despite the fact that they were out of town during our stay. Their son welcomed us and showed us everything. I can easily recommend this place.

My stay at Artans place was amazing! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and Artans mother was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I’d highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again. Thank you so much ♥️

Marko et sa famille sont très gentils et accueillants. nous avons trouvé 1 logement super, notamment pour une famille avec enfants, même des jouets à disposition. je recommande et j'y retournerai avec plaisir. nous avons apprécié toutes les attentions et les choses mises à disposition. merci encore Marko

Öncelikle Evin konumu müthiş ve gerçekten fiyatını hak eden değere sahip. Avm karşısında ve her yere çok yakın ihtiyacımız olan her şeye hızlı ulaşım sağlama imkanınız var. Vlatko çok kibar ve gerçekten kusursuz tatil geçirmeniz için elinden geleni yapan mükemmel bir insan. Kendisini tanıdığımız için çok mutluyuz. Tekrar Üsküpe gelirsek tekrar tercih edeceğiz, her şey için teşekkürler.

Mooi appartement met gaaf uitzicht. Schoon, nieuw, ruim, compleet. Je moet wat stapjes doorlopen voordat je binnen bent, maar de uitlegis duidelijk. Parkeergarage is een doolhof zonder bordjes die naar de uitgang wijzen…..😉

Leonid is very kind. The house was 10-15 min walk to the Stone Bridge and Old Town. The building is new and amenities in the house are good. The balcony is just great. 😊😊 however he could be a bit more attentive to cleaning as we saw dust in some places. However, overall we loved our stay in Leonid’s place and would definitely come again ☺️❤️

I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.

Everything was great! The apartment was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Communication was quick and friendly. The self check-in instructions were super easy to follow, which made arrival smooth. Also, the private garage was really helpful for anyone traveling with a vehicle. Overall it was a nice place to relax.
