This 200 year old cottage is located in a peaceful location with far reaching views from the stable door. It’s perfectly located for walkers with mountains and lakes just waiting to be explored. Cyclists can also challenge themselves on the many hills around the area, including the infamous Stwlan Dam climb. Local attractions such as Zip World, Antur Stiniog and Llechwedd Slate Caverns are a few minutes away. The cottage is also ideally located for visiting nearby Porthmadog and Betws y Coed.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Old Quirky Character Cottage - Grade II Listed

A Grade II Listed cottage that is old, quirky, quite unique and very original. If you like cottages with character you will love this. If you like modern, characterless boxes please don't even consider it. It is situated in a very quiet area but only a ten minute walk from the town centre and Ffestiniog Railway in one direction and the Llechwedd Slate Mine and Zip World Complex in the other. You can also walk straight into the mountains from the doorstep.

Traditional 19th Century Slate Miners Cottage

A characterful original slate miner’s cottage dating from the late 1800s. Located in Tanygrisiau, just outside the historic slate-mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, the cottage is a short walk from local shops, amenities and the village pub. A narrow-gauge heritage steam railway runs along the bottom of the garden and can be seen from all rear-facing windows. Ideally placed for Llechwedd Slate Caverns, zip wires, mountain biking and mountain walks.
