If you are a family, a walking group, road bikers or a couple wanting a break, we are sure you, like so many, will love Smiley Filey and return often for years ahead.

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage available as a whole separate property. Off road parking, small garden. Ideal for families with main bedroom with super king bed, another room with 2 single beds sharing family bathroom, walk in shower. Downstairs is a double room with adjacent shower room. Situated in the village just off the road overlooking our family farm. Dogs are welcome - just let us know. Opportunity to visit the horses by arrangement including mares & foals in the summer.

A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!
