l’alloggio era impeccabile, caldo e ben fornito di tutto, dalle coperte extra agli utensili in cucina, per non parlare dei letti comodissimi. Emmi un host eccezionale, molto premurosa e veloce a rispondere, inoltre fornisce consigli utilissimi sulla zona. Purtroppo, causa meteo, non siamo riusciti ad arrivare a Nordkapp, ma la prossima volta che torneremo in zona spero di riuscire a tornare ad alloggiare qui!

For our stay, this was perfect. The apartment was a good size and very clean, on arrival. Jan even left us pastries in the morning , which was a pleasant surprise. Quiet and peaceful for when we had to sleep during the day after begin out in the Hare Hide all night.

Gemütliche und saubere Wohnung. Bietet genug Platz und es hat alles was es braucht. Tolle Aussicht!

Wir waren zu Fünft in der Unterkunft und hatten einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Die Betten sind bequem und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist zentral und man hat sogar Sicht auf das Wasser.

Solo una parola: WOW! La casa è proprio come nelle foto, pulita, una vista splendida, proprio accanto al porto, 3 minuti a piedi. Ørjan è stato molto gentile con noi, molto flessibile e sempre pronto ad accogliere le mie richieste, è stato un soggiorno fantastico… peccato sia durato poco, saremmo rimasti molto volentieri per altri giorni.

Exceptional. A home from home feeling. Absolutely the place to recharge yourself. Put the fire on, get your book out, and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and mountains. Go to bed, open the window, feel the fresh cold sea breeze flow through the room and fall asleep with the waves hitting the rocks. No need counting sheep, your gone ZZzzz. Communication was excellent, instructions clear and super warm upon arrival. Everything you could ask for in the home. We have stayed in many places, and many have left you wishing you had packed something! NOT HERE. The small details that make you feel you have chosen the right home are important. I had my reservations over jacuzzi, but this one was perfect. Super-hot with great sea view of the mountains. Getting here was relaxed, the views are spectacular, and the roads are cleared. The ferry is so easy. The owners truly know how to make your stay feel special. You're going to find it difficult in your next Airbnb to find the attention to detai

Knallbra! Noe skjedde under booking og vi ble booket om til en annen bolig. Vert fikset alt uten endring i pris og sørget for at oppholdet ble en stor suksess! Den andre boligen var i god stand, velholdt, ren og nydelig utsikt. Fortsatt gangavstand til Hammerfest sentrum og alt det har å by på. Tusen takk til Kaja for å yte det lille ekstra og sørge for at vi fikk en fantastisk helg i Hammerfest.

Once again, this April we spent almost a fortnight at Mette's wonderful house on the Barents Sea beach at Kiberg near Vardø and, again, enjoyed every moment of our stay. Wonderful house with beautiful surroundings. Very recommended for nature lovers even if the weather is bad: this house can save your holiday even if you can't go out.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The view is wonderful and worth the drive. Hot tub is the perfect temperature. A grocery store is less than 5 minutes down the road and has everything you need. They were super responsive to any questions we had. Amazing host and place to stay!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold 😊 Sentral beliggenhet, ryddig og rent, god plass og mange sitte- og sengeplasser, veldig koselig leilighet og en tilgjengelig vert som svarer raskt.

It is great place to stay. Over looking the sea very close to Vadsø town. 10 minutes drive. Lance is a friendly guy who provides lots of information.

We spent a few nights in Bente's wonderful apartment. The location was fantastic, close to the sea. We enjoyed stunning sunsets from the nearby breakwater and had our morning coffee in the yard, soaking up the sun and the sea view. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, allowing us to cook comfortably in the kitchen. The provided maps and tips about local services and attractions were a great bonus. We couldn't have asked for more!

My second time staying here for Christmas. I’ve stayed in 2 other Airbnbs in Hammerfest as well as a couple hotels throughout the years and I came back to this place because it works best for me.

Flott leilighet med fint kjøkken og bad. Mangler stue. Hyggelig vert og god kommunikasjon.

Modern, clean apartment in a great location overlooking Vadso Harbour, with views of the Hurtigruten ferry stopping by every morning. As birders, we particularly enjoyed looking out of the windows and seeing sea ducks - including Common and King Eider and Long-Tailed Duck - at close range in the harbour. It's possible to book a floating photographic hide in the harbour, just a short walk away, if you want even closer views of the birds. The accommodation is well located for exploring different areas of Varanger including searching for the aurora.

Vi bodde på Oyster-Catcher mandag til fredag, i slutten av september og vi er utrolig fornøyd med vårt opphold her. Utsikten var fantastisk, uansett vær. Vi følte oss som hjemme i hytten og her var alt vi trengte av utstyr etc. Det var vakkert og fredelig her på Ekkerøy og det var fantastisk å være så nær havet. Mye fint å se her, et eldorado for foto-interesserte! Ingjerd var hyggelig og hjelpsom og ga oss gode tips for vår ferd videre til Vardø. Vi kommer tilbake, gjerne for å oppleve en annen årstid her på Ekkerøy. Takk for oss!
