Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

small cottage furnished in a simple, neat and clean, suitable for those who want a stay in a natural and quiet place and wants to get away from the busy world of these times.  It is located in a garden with the most beautiful sea view overlooking the historic center and the other 5 terre with citrus-fruit trees, lemon trees overlook the living room windows. It is located 70 meters above sea level, 700 meters of walking path to get to the historic center and the train station.

This newly renovated cottage is situated in a historic private estate immersed among secular olive trees and stone walls. The whole living space, which includes an entirely equipped kitchen, opens on the terrace thanks to the huge patio window offering a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Portovenere. There are two separate bedrooms with closets and French windows opening on the terrace, and a bathroom. The laundry area is in a separate adjoining space.

Classica casa colonica di due piani totalmente indipendente inserita nel parco di una villa lucchese del '500, villa Galliani. La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata e ha a disposizione un parcheggio con un giardino privato. Si trova nella zona della ville lucchesi, tra i vigneti con le uve per la produzione del vino Doc delle Colline Lucchesi e gli oliveti da cui si ricava l'olio extravergine d'oliva Dop di Lucca.

La Fossa biedt dit romantische huis, gelegen in een ongerept bos. Het kleine huis heeft een groot raam met een spectaculair uitzicht op de bergen, dat ook direct vanuit het bed kan worden aanschouwd. Het maakt deel uit van een kleine groep van drie vrijstaande huizen, heeft twee slaapkamers en een mozaïek badkamer. Een Italiaans ontbijt, met zelfgemaakte producten, is bij de prijs inbegrepen.
