Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. Thank you, Stephen, for your allowing us to stay at your house it was well worth the cost.

We can’t wait to come back! The golf cart was so helpful for trips to the beach. You could pretty much come with the clothes on your back and not want for much at all! Lynne has everything set up for you and is so, so kind and helpful. The golf cart, shed full of supplies, and hot tub are worth the money alone! Very clean place. This is your sign to stay!

It’s was our 25th anniversary and one of the best times we’ve ever had! Great pool,Hot tub and a block from the beach,we built a fire every night…perfect weather! Not sure it could’ve been any better!

The family and I enjoyed our stay at The Poolside Cottage. There were plenty of amenities for the entire family to indulge in. Andrew and Melody made their home feel like “home away from home”. I definitely recommend 10/10.

This was our 2nd stay at the Coconut Cottage and we loved every second of it. First stay was for our honeymoon and this time we got to bring our 1 year old son with us. The walk to the beach feels like nothing, close enough to walk back several times during your beach day (& bring your kiddo back for nap time easily). From a parents point of view the layout of the house worked great, pack n play available/used the high chair, easy enough to make sure he didn’t get into anything he wasn’t supposed to. Host was awesome with communication and even offered an early check in. We’ve loved both stays and we’ll definitely book again!

Honestly, this is going to be hard to beat tor a first Airbnb stay with my wife, a short weekend getaway. Marissa went out of her way to accommodate my requests, which would’ve been easy to say no to, but instead she did so enthusiastically. The mostly private deck, complete with hot tub, fire pit, and decor indoors give an overall intimate setting while literally having wildlife around you and even directly overhead. The bird life here is spectacular. The bonus plant side room is cool too. It’s quite literally everything Florida can offer in this hidden gem, coupled with an awesome host, I don’t think it’s possible to go wrong staying here and a high chance my wife and I will be back.

My husband and I had a great time staying at Stephen’s place. He was so nice and considerate making sure we had everything we needed for our trip. His place is clean, cozy, and super cute! We arrived to a surprise Christmas tree and Christmas card, a nice touch for home away from home during the Holidays. The location is great with easy beach access, walkable restaurant locations, nearby grocery stores, and everyone we met was so nice. We will definitely check on the availability of this place again for our return trips to St. Augustine!

We truly appreciated this sweet little home. It was in a central location to family members we were visiting. It was very clean, organized, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The deck overlooking the pond always had a wonderful breeze- very peaceful place to spend time. I enjoyed figuring out the layout of the neighborhood and it made for an enjoyable walk every morning. The hosts are super KIND!! From the first confirmation message, check-in instructions, and throughout our stay they were attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!! Thank YOU Larry Karen for sharing your lovely home❤️- side note: the RV community had a couple events for the residents during our stay. A karaoke music thing Friday evening and then water inflatables for the kids on Saturday— very kind for the kids especially- nice community!

I had an amazing experience staying at Carla’s Airbnb! The space was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was ideal, with the beach cross the street. Communication with Carla was seamless; she was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated her kindness and wishing us a happy anniversary! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient, and comfortable spot to stay. We had a great stay. What stood out the most to us was how responsive, kind and helpful Regina was. Check in and check out were a breeze. The house was true to the photos. We appreciated how easy it was to drive to the beach and how nice it was to have two screened in outside areas. When the front & back doors were open we had a lovely cross breeze. There were ample essentials like towels, toilet paper and coffee, tea, toiletries etc! Some things to note: -While the beach might be technically walkable, it’s not feasible with small children as the neighborhood doesn’t have sidewalks and you need to cross a very busy street to get to the beach. We knew this going in so it wasn’t an issue for us. -This isn’t a new construction. It’s an updated older home with older home quirks like no closets or any real place to hang clothes in most of the rooms. there was a bit of a musky smell. -Construction debris in the backyard was unfortunate. Still we would recommend and would stay again

We had a great stay, wish we could have stayed longer! the location is an easy walk to good food, museums, and shopping plug there's a trolley tour stop just around the corner. the house was perfect with all the right amenities, and the host was very helpful for any questions we had as well as proactive about letting us know anything that might pop up.

Not our first visit to this cottage. We love her place. Love the out back peaceful area.... cottage is very accommodating. We will always stay here if available.

Our stay here was great! Jeff was incredibly responsive and allowed both an early check in and late check out. This home is a great location if you are looking to attend an event at dog sports unlimited, it took less than 15 minutes to drive there. It also only took about 20 minutes to get to the beach. Wonderful stay! Wonderful host!

We recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at this charming cottage, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the tranquil ambiance and private forest atmosphere was amazing. The cottage itself was a perfect blend of cozy comfort and rustic charm. With its wooden beams, inviting decor, and view of the castle felt like stepping into a storybook. Very close to shopping, with a fully equipped kitchen to cook meals or near several restaurants which ever is preferred. Walking distance to the beach and about 15 minutes to historic downtown St Augustine. The host was very friendly and responsive with any questions, and helpful with directions. I would highly recommend this cottage for your next stay!!!

The Mermaid House was fabulous, perfect for a long weekend stay on St Augustine Beach. Deb's place has everything you could possibly need from toasters to televisions, hell she even has tortoises roaming around the neighborhood. The upper sun deck w/ views of the ocean above the garage is a bonus. Deb's green thumb is on display in the backyard and her artistic side shines through her stained glass pieces that are hung throughout the house. Deb couldnt have been any nicer & very prompt with replying to messages &/or returning calls. Overall the place was great, and we would totally recommend booking it, we wish we could've stayed longer. WSP

We stayed at Missy's for a week while home visiting family. As someone who grew up in Florida 20 years ago, Missy's place reminds me of why I love Florida so much. The bungalow had a lot of charm and character, and was simple in the best possible way. An ode to old Florida (the real Florida), it felt a million miles away from all of the concrete overdevelopment. Our mornings were peaceful, spent out on the private dock and our evenings were quiet, spent cozied up on the comfortable couches. During the day we worked in the Florida Room while listening to records. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved having access to a BBQ as well. We slept in the blue room, and the bed was like a cloud! My sister visited with her two kids and dog and they loved swimming at the lake beach across the street. The yard is huge, completely fenced in and perfect for dogs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the noise and enjoy some down time in a serene setting.

Yupon Cottage was so perfect for us that we stayed a month! It’s in a safe, walkable, and quiet neighborhood. The hosts are super friendly and right next door if you need anything. We definitely hope to go back.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Great location & beautiful beach at the end of the street (5min or less walk). Very well appointed with all the comforts of home. The stocked storage room with beach accessories was more than we could’ve asked for. We plan to return the next time we vacation in Palm Coast!

This was a beautiful stay! Living just a few hours south, we like to get away every few months with the dogs for a weekend and Andres place was PERFECT for that. The house was adorable and perfectly located to all the best restaurants & bars, and so walkable! We cooked at home most nights, and the kitchen was perfectly accommodating for us. You are so close to the beach you can practically hear the waves from the driveway 🙂 Would stay here again and again. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

You want luxury? Go somewhere else. But if you are looking for undeniable charm, incredible peace and quiet and the most adorable donkey wake-up call, you're in the right place! This little cottage has everything you need. A comfortable bed, a nice spacious bathroom, and a glorious screened in porch to sit and read and soak in the fresh air and serenity of being on the edge of off the grid. Anna's directions were simple to follow (and a little cheeky, which I loved!) and I had an absolutely delightful stay! (and the donkey is seriously the sweetest donkey I've ever met! (thanks for the carrots to endear myself to him!)
