Halvor's home is modern, spacious (it's bigger than it looks in the photos), comfortable and warmly decorated. It's perfectly equipped, we didn't miss a thing, and it's ideally situated for visiting the Lofotens between Å and Svolvær, very close to the E10 and Leknes where you'll find all the shops you need. The bedding is comfortable and the terrace is a real bonus, where we had the pleasure of watching several families of elks passing peacefully on the small hill behind the house, as well as an owl hunting small rodents. We recommend that you follow Halvor's advice on visiting and eating out - they didn't disappoint us! Our only regret was not being able to spend more time at Halvor's home, but we hope to be able to return in the future... We would definitely recommend Halvor's home!

The airbnb was gorgeous, and Steve was helpful and responsive. Close to the ferry and town, would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Angelita’s Rorbu! It is spectacular. The views are breathtaking at all times of day - it’s such a peaceful and tranquil place to wind down while exploring Lofoten. The apartment is gorgeous inside and Angelita provided every possible amenity to make it feel like home. We loved cooking in the kitchen with local seafood (and Angelita’s incredible seaweed products - her shop is a must-visit)! We really appreciated the tranquil location away from the crowds but only 5 minutes or so from town for grocery shopping, etc. We loved the location of the rorbu in Lofoten. We explored towns, hiked, wandered and followed many of Angelita’s recommendations - and then loved winding down in the evenings at this magical spot! Angelita was responsive, helpful and so kind. We would love to return and stay here in the future!!

The home had everything we needed and was the perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely place to stay! We had a great time. The house is centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. Gorgeous property. The house is even better in person. Very clean and updated. Enjoyed the hot tub and the views. Would highly recommend this property.

What a breathtaking place to stay! We had an incredible time at this magical spot. The house is beautifully furnished, and we immediately felt at home. We loved the perfect blend of charming vintage elements and modern touches. The highlight for us was the deck leading into the backyard, which opens right out to the sea – we simply couldn’t get enough of the view! Thank you!

This airbnb was lovley! It has everything you need, well heated and the log burner is a real treat to enjoy a cozy evening in! ❤️ We really enjoyed staying here. Johnny and Jorunn were such great hosts! We really enjoyed using the Jacuzzi and Johnny was kind enough to prepare the grillhut for us to use one evening 🤩 The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Lofoten Islands. The roads were cleared everyday to drive in the winter and Johnny was amazing for clearing the driveway every morning! Thanks again guys! looking forward to come back one summer to see the midnight sun!

Central location which made exploring Lofoten easy and accessible! Home was spotless when we arrived. Hot tub was incredible!

We loved our stay at Frank's house. The apartment was cosy, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds, and decorated very nicely. A boon after a damp few days beforehand were the washing machine, separate dryer and a marvellous contraption for drying out soaked trainers and walking boots. The location is extraordinary for its remoteness, and the whole process of getting there made it quite an adventure, made easier by Frank transporting our bags to and from the ferry jetty. We walked to the stunning Bunes beach several times, and also did a nicely challenging climb up one of the nearby mountains. Coming back afterwards for a cup of tea at the kitchen window seat was perfect. What really made our visit exceptional, however, was Frank himself. Laid back, easy-going and friendly, he was happy to chat and share all sorts of stories of life in Lofoten over a coffee. He seemed genuinely interested in who his guests were too, and thus spared us the feeling of being tourists in his home.

Otroligt fint hus med fantastiskt läge. Avskild tomt utan trafik eller grannar nära inpå. Huset hade allt vi kunde önska oss. Rent och fräscht. Bra kommunikation med värden. Vi kunde inte önska oss något mer under vår vistelse.

Maison ideale et très confortable pour un couple seul ou avec enfants. Entre mer et montagne, le site est exeptionnel, comme la vue depuis la maison. De la maison, on peut au choix démarrer une randonnée ou accéder à pied à la plage. Marita est très réactive et anticipe toutes les questions. L'absence d'électricité ne nous a posé aucun problème pendant toute cette semaine. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir à Myrland

Endroit avec une vu magnifique, proche des plages avec vu dégagé pour les aurores boréales!! Access facile, très propre avec toutes les commodités même une lave linge !! Top

Third time at Fredrik and Caroline’s Rorbu. Every visit is as wonderful as the first. The location is incredible and the floor to ceiling windows look out over the southeastern cliffs of the islands. We spent so much time just watching the water and light and colours change during the days from the very comfy armchairs. The Rorbu has been wonderfully designed and stylishly fitted out. It is warm, cosy with the light wood interiors and wood burner for the chillier nights. The kitchen is well-equipped making it easy to cook if you don’t fancy going out and it too has a stunning view and lovely balcony over the water. There’s a huge TV and streaming if you want to watch something. The beds are very comfy and it’s quiet at night - we always sleep really well. Easy parking next to the Rorbu and Ballstad harbour is a lovely walk to see the boats at work. Location is perfect - about equidistant between Reine and Henningsvaer to max exploring Lofoten. Always immaculately clean! 100% recommend!

Les instructions pour trouver la maison étaient très claires et Tone a toujours été très réactive à nous répondre. La maison est spacieuse, moderne, propre et la vue est magnifique = quel régal ! La situation est idéale et pratique pour sillonner la région( Proche de l' E10 , mais au calme) - A, Reine, Nujfjord, La plage d' Haukland, Henningsvaer - Chaque soir à 5km, nous pouvions voir un magnifique coucher de soleil . Je recommande cette location, vous ne serez pas déçu

We absolutely loved our authentic rorbu experience here! The hot plate stove was perfect for cooking a warm meal on a cold day and the cabin was so cosy and well equipped. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is just the best option for a stay at the Lofoten Islands. Located right place to the sea with fabulous mountain views, the place is great to expect for northern lights (sad that our three nights here were too cloudy and we can’t see northern lights). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals, we made breakfast and dinner for all three nights by ourselves. The fireplace really helped us a lot to stay warm in the house. Generally speaking, Lasse’s place is really great!!
