Katy and Stephen were great hosts. Katy made sure I had plenty of notice on how to find the accomodation and how to get in. Fully equiped kitchen and easy to use washing machine. The bed was amazing!!!! So comfortable. Really close to Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby, but really quiet - which was lovely after the madness of the Coast on a sunny long weekend.

Great location right next door to a lovely country pub, serving great food. Walks right from the door and just 15 mins from the coast.

Fantastic place to stay, the photos don’t do it justice, it’s beautiful with amazing views. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely short break. The cottage is located perfectly for visits to the coast and local towns and villages. The courtyard garden was secure for the dog and lovely to sit in the sunshine. The cottage had everything we needed and Adrian was really helpful. Thank you for having us.

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

Thank you for another excellent stay. This time we got to benefit from the coastal walks and open space straight out the back gate. Julie was a great help when my lad accidentally set off the house alarm. Within 15 minutes the alarm stopped and our day was saved as we had tickets booked! Brilliant hosting and was attentive that all our expectations were met through the break. Highly recommended and will come again if Julie will have us 🙂

We loved staying in The Haven. The location is literally a few yards from the beach, as well as the small number of shops, cafés and pubs. The house was spotless when we arrived and has bundles of character. It also had all the facilities we needed. Gordon was so friendly and helpful, from the moment I booked right through to telling us the cottage was ready for us to check in earlier than usual. For a family of four I can’t recommend The Haven enough.

We loved this stay so much! Right in the centre of Whitby and so we were able to walk to the beach in the day and the local restaurants in the evenings which was just what we wanted. There were very clear instructions about access to the property and we were communicated that the property was ready early for us to check in. We did struggle with parking on arrival (but arrived at the busiest time of day so that was an issue for all). We were also given instructions about access to make things easier to load and unload luggage....definitely recommend waiting to do this during quieter periods rather than attempting to carry luggage across Whitby. I loved the period feel of this home and its location. Me, my husband and our 6 & 4 year old had a fantastic stay

Fantastic flat in a great location within easy walking distance of Peasholm Park and North Bay. Lots of great touches in this comfortable apartment and plenty of room for 2 x families of 4. Plenty of parking on the doorstep, just use the discs provided. Mark was a great host and so easy to contact. We'll definitely look to use again.

A great place to stay,in an ideal and convenient location. Thought the key situation would be a bit complicated but because the instructions were so clear, that it was quite simple. The apartment was spotless, the equipment was good and easy to use. Furnishings were very good and comfortable. Beds very comfortable and heating system very easy to use. Everything had a very spacious and welcoming feel to it. We would definitely use this apartment again. We had a very enjoyable experience.

Lovely apartment; exactly as pictured and described. Nice location. Hidden from main streets but very convenient to beaches and other areas. Perfect for a weekend getaway

The property was perfect. It was a great size. Very spacious, homely and spotless. Very clean. The kitchen is a great size for big family meals. We will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for two nights with my children in the easter holidays. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, decorated lovely, with comfortable beds, plenty of utensils etc in the kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone or to stay here again in the future. Rebecca was a great host, quick to reply to messages and even left an easter egg for my boys. Thanks Rebecca, hopefully we’ll get the opportunity to stay again.

With our three dogs, my husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at the Boat House. The accommodation is really stylish, extremely comfortable and has the most amazing views. The location is great for being able to walk everywhere. Debbie is the perfect host, readily available in the background if required (we had no need to contact Debbie as everything was great).
