The two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit features a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Exterior stairs lead up to a private, open-air front porch with seating. Wall-mounted TVs adorn each bedroom and the living room, with Netflix access provided. Guests enjoy shared access to hot tub, laundry room, and fire ring.

Porter Hill Den

The Hilltop Den is the terrace level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Den is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY, INSIDE AND OUT

Family-friendly, cozy West Asheville basement apartment, with private entrance and covered porch. Walk to the park & explore the creek along a beautiful walking trail. 2 blcks from bowling, ice cream & restaurants. It's a 2-min drive to the famous Haywood St for coffee shops, restaurants, live music, shopping, and more. It's a 9-min drive to Downtown. Newly renovated studio apartment attached to home. Private entrance, shares 1 wall with the main house that is blocked off. The only shared space is the driveway. Located near the Asheville airport (2.5mi) and 20mins to downtown Asheville Private bath, queen bed, dining table/chairs, couch, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, tv/firestick. Mini split heater/AC unit with remote. Hardwood floors. Light blocking curtains for sleep. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WANT TO USE FUTON BED.

The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

Its walking distance to Pisgah National Forest with its hiking & mountain biking trails. We are also close to the Biltmore House, Nature Center, Blue Ridge Parkway and Folk Art Center. I've been personally building this studio for 2 years, and can’t wait to share my vision and hard work with you. The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.
