One of the two rooms we booked wasn't ready upon check-in. This isn't the AirBNB manager's fault, but it is the responsibility of the hotel to have the room ready no later than 4pm. If a hotel can demand for the guest to be out by 11am, then the incoming guests should demand, and expect, that the room is clean and ready no later than 4pm.

Exactly as described and as pictured. The building is located in a quieter part of Brickell and within walking distance of all you could need in terms of shops and restaurants, Brickell Key, etc. The accommodations were immaculately clean. As noted by some, its a bit dated but not any worse for wear and tear as many hotels (in fact, I'd say its wearing better!). My only two cents is additional towels as I found myself rationing the towels and washcloths, a small table in the large bathroom would be helpful to accommodate a toiletry bag, and new pillows. The current ones are super spongy and perhaps that is a matter of personal taste. The mattress is in need of replacement and maybe has the run of this year left in it. I will definitely stay here again. Christian is a very proactive host and the accommodations were fine, quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Para mi el lugar de alojamiento es el 70% del viaje, o sea, no soy de los que dicen que para dormir no hace falta mucho confort ni lujo. Este apartamento (3 personas) me hizo el viaje perfecto, espero tener suerte y volver a encontrar esta unidad disponible para mi futuros viajes a Miami, volvería a rentarla sin ninguna duda A destacar que tiene (1) un espacio de estacionamiento para autos, pero por $30 el dia y con servicio ilimitado el edificio tiene un excelente servicio de Valet

We had an amazing stay with Jane. Jane reached out in advance and was very friendly and provided all the information we needed. When we walked in the place not only looked clear but it smelt nice and clean also. Jane was very quick to respond, we had a slight problem with the lock late at night and Jane answered right away and fixed the problem swiftly. She also included a lot of little amenities like a welcome basket which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. She had everything we needed in the home which gave us more time to enjoy the area instead of shopping for all those little things. The place is also near a nice park and was close to a lot of different things to do.

Without a doubt, we would return to this very unit at the Four Season Residences. David was very responsive and made the whole process super easy, understandable, and quick. The one-bedroom we stayed in was clean, spacious, and had amenities as if you were staying at the Four Seasons. We LOVE the pool at the Four Seasons. We like staying in the Brickell area...there is a lot of great shopping and nice restaurants. Or it is quite easy to get to other areas around Miami, I recommend this place (but don't book it when I want to return!!)

Nos hemos sentido como en casa en el apartamento. Ubicación inmejorable, todo muy limpio. Freddy nos ayudó y respondió a nuestras dudas al instante. Si volviésemos a Miami repetiría sin dudarlo. Lo recomiendo 100%. Gracias Freddy !!!!.

Great experience staying here. It has a balcony with a beautiful view of ocean and Brickell area. Many amenities it feels like staying in a hotel for a great price! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future. Right next to metro mover station so easy to get around Miami. 10/10 !!

Giovanni was a fabulous host! The place was perfect for my family of 4. The apartment was clean, user friendly, had everything we needed right down to extra toiletries, clean fresh towels and comfy bedding. The amenities were great the location was superb and the parking and walking distance to everything was easy. I highly recommended this host he was kind and helpful. Will def book again !

This was my second trip to Sea Spray inn and it won't be my last. The space is incredible and amenities are so perfect. The extra touches like beach backpack chairs and umbrellas are so well thought out. Also, the daily towel service is top notch. Will be back soon!!!

Colleen was super she really helped us out. Place was beautiful had everything someone could ask for. The only thing I didn’t like was how pushy the check in people are about selling you a time share even when you deny them politely they don’t seem to take no for an answer.

Everything was great. Hotel amenities, Location, property was FANTASTIC! Perfect property with Fontainebleau amenities! Karen was an excellent host. We have stayed in Miami 10+ times and I would stay at this location again! If you have an early arrival make reservations at La Core while you wait!

O apartamento de Carlos é muito grande e com uma linda vista lateral da praia de Sunny Islan. Fica próximo de um bom comércio e foi possível fazer tudo a pé ( o que é difícil em Miami) tínhamos supermercado , academia no bairro da Reebok com Day use de 28 dólares ( tem academia no prédio mas era pequena ) , fama ia, restaurantes , manicures, salão de beleza , lojas , etc. Carlos sempre foi muito gentil e respondia com agilidade todas as mensagens

The view is worth every penny! If you want to see Miami and enjoy the beach, this is the place. Beach was very clean and not over crowded. Beach loungers and umbrella were included. Pools were also very clean and relaxing.

The location is great, view is great, half from beach, half port, the beach is soooo great,! Everything I need in the room, and provide free beach chairs, the only thing I don’t like is the communication, the customer service only response in the morning.

Dpto ubicado en piso 10, con una hermosa vista. El baño principal era amplio y lindo! La cocina cuenta con todo lo que se necesita para cocinar algo, si así lo deseas. Teníamos café, una cafetera, sal, crema para el café, etc. Si tu intención no es salir a comer todo el tiempo podrás hacer tu propia comida allí! Nos cobraron 60 usd para 5 personas, por el costo de toda la estadía más 10usd por día de estacionamiento, te cuento como funciona… Aquí se utiliza un servicio de Valet Parking, por lo que al llegar al complejo te atienden muy amables personas que reciben tu vehículo y ellos te lo estacionan, al querer volver a tener el vehículo, se lo pides a ellos y te lo traen en minutos

We had a wonderful stay! The balcony was absolutely beautiful — we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking in the view. It was great having a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of supplies, which made it easy for us to prepare meals at home. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the soft pillows made it even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean place. Beautiful views and it had everything we need. I had a great time with my family here. Host was super helpful and accessible. Definitely would love to come back!! I recommend this place and the host. She save us!! After a bad experience I had with another host/place.
