The style of the furniture is classic and in complete harmony with the environment. The apartment is located in San Paolo, one of the most characteristic and naturalistic areas of Ragusa Ibla, characterized by small steps that rise up the hill, some waterfalls and a big rock of white stone overlooking the foreshortening. Residenze San Paolo is really easy to reach, it is located at the entrance of Ibla, close to the comunal Parking and the center is easily accessible on feet. House description: On the ground floor there is the entrance and the first double bedroom with bathroom and shower ensuite. On the first floor is located the second room, which can act both as a living room or 2 ° bedroom thanks to a convertible sofa, with adjoining bathroom and shower. Finally, also on the first floor there are the dining room and the kitchen, in country style and equipped with stove, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. All rooms are air conditioned with inverters and two bedrooms are equipped with usb television.

** È necessario avere una macchina. Per raggiungere la struttura bisogna percorrere una strada di campagna di circa 1.2 km. Se state immaginando una vacanza senza macchina vi chiediamo di comunicarlo alla prenotazione** Casetta contadina del 1928 in fattoria biologica. Ristrutturata nel 2010, accogliente, immersa in una campagna ridente. Vicinissima a un ruscello dove ci si può rinfrescare e rilassare. A pochi chilometri dal mare e da Noto città. Perfetta per esplorare la zona del Val di Noto.

Le Terrazze di Ciarìa SUDEST LIVING

“Ciarìa dal siciliano “luce, chiarore come la luce delle albe mattutine che dà forma e contorno alle cose” sorge a pochi chilometri dal mar Mediterraneo e dalle bellissime città del barocco della Val di Noto. E’ un gioiello nel centro storico della città di Modica, patrimonio dell’Unesco. Un rifugio dove il tempo si dilata e dove tutto è stato pensato con assoluta dedizione ed estrema cura. Welcome! Agave is a lovely apartment, furnished with care. It consists of kitchen/leaving with TV, bedroom (both air-conditioned) and bathroom on the ground floor. The attic, used as a reading and relaxation area, provides access to the terrace. We are in the Santa Lucia neighborhood, just minutes from Ortigia, Arch. Park of Neapolis, Arch. Reg. Museum "Paolo Orsi," Sanctuary of "Madonna delle Lacrime" and Hospital "Umberto I." The area is well served and close to highway entrances. Free Wifi.

Our house offers a beautiful garden with tropical plants and a big swimmingpool. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with tub and shower and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a babybed if needed, free of charge, please request when booking. There is a wonderful private guest veranda to enjoy as well. Free parking inside the premises.
